Having just returned from a trip to Costa Rica a week ago, I was missing that flavor. Located in the Cowls District in North Amherst, Cisco's satisfied my cravings! I had the Tipica 503 and my wife had the breakfast burrito with homemade tomatada salsa. Both were outstanding! I texted my travel companions immediately to let them know about this place. Overall, we enjoyed the food and would come back. More details: We ordered the kids pancakes, French toast, omelete and burrito. Everything tasted really good and fresh, even down to the chocolate chips in the kids pancakes. Service was fast and attentive.My one issue is the up charges. It’s $2 to add a small amount of syrup. Such a cute and delicious place to get breakfast! Being in Amherst away from home, I miss having Latin food and this place definitely brought me back home. The Huevos Rancheros and Pupusas were amazing, and legit!! Large portions and great service. I can’t wait to go back and try more from the menu.
