I love using Delivery Express! Much better than DoorDash or other larger companies (who take advantage of their workers), and I love that they're in multiple Western Mass cities. I've used them dozens of times with zero issues, couldn't be happier!

I prefer to use a local company such as Delivery Express than the corporate competition, and in the past their service has been fine. Which is why I have given them 3 stars, rather than the 1 star their latest non-delivery warrants. When I placed the order, the estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. After the elapsed 45 minutes, I received a call saying that they had no drivers available, and they had not yet contacted the restaurant (which I suppose was better than having cold...read full review
