Borderline impossible to be this great. As a student with experience in restaurants and their hectic nature- I simply can’t comprehend how efficient and consistent these workers are. You never hear yelling nor complaints, very professional. In fact, you often see workers joking with eachother and smiling. Food is downright phenomenal. Best thing about UMass is it's three dining hall. This one has to be my second most favorite after franklins because of the dessert variety they usually have. All clean seating with beautiful view and well organized food displays. Vegs/Fruits are locally grown at the university's farms with the help of agriculture student so overall food is pretty healthy. Excellent, freshly made entrees. Diversity of selection is plentiful from Peruvian to Chinese to Italian to Vietnamese to American to Japanese and Korean cuisines. Lobster and steak are available at least once a year. Arguably, the best university dining experience in America.
