“I got a flatbread chicken chipotle and a mango strawberry smoothie. Food is delicious, atmosphere right and this is the first place that has asked me if I'd like my smoothie made with WATER or MILK. Alot of places don't ask that. I will return again.“
“Great location for real deal dominican food in Lynn. Lunch prices cant be beat and thenportion sizes are generous. Try everything, but my favorites are the roast pork (pernil), the fried pork chops, and the platonos. They have a small parking lot as well just down the block.“
“Yummmmmm!!! Be prepared for a communication barrier. They mostly only speak Spanish. And Dominican Spanish and Puerto Rican Spanish is very fast. So very difficult to comprehend and it's hard for them to be able to understand your Spanish if you're American and Spanish is your second language. Doesn't matter though, so Taste of the food in the quality of the food is what's important. You pay by the pound“
“I was interested in El Gran Jaguar noticing it next to a shopping trip to dollar store union st . I been handed the color menu from a friendly fashionable guy with dreads whom dresses like a raver club festival type very friendly this made me super intrigued what is this restaurant?I was in awe the carved seats art and decor being an artist I was inspired to start painting my own kitchen asap after . They have accent walls vibrant shades .The food was mouth watering I couldn't stop eating it . I ordered steak quesadilla. I enjoyed all the fixings sour cream killer salsa hot sauce variety .I had I believe roja hibiscus Jamaica juice .I was excited to tell them I'd review and took time in photography.Enjoy this hidden gem today or your just not experiencing authentic south American cuisine Lynn has to offer and this is my all time favorite from enchiladas to quesadilla.“
“I have been ordering from casa Metapan for the last 5 years. They Play such a big role in our community keeping our culture alive with authentic Latin American food . no matter what day /time/ or dish you order it will be worth it !! They deliver in a timely fashion and are very kind. They have the best pupusas around hands down!!!!“
“This is my favorite place in Lynn. The food is authentic, the service warm and the location easy to get to. I have been there several times and the experience was consistent and high quality. If you want real central American cuisine, this is the place to go!!!“
“Very bad serviceTo the customer, one hour of waiting for delivery. And after that hour of waiting they tell me that the delivery will not be able to reach where I am. They charged me the money and then told me that in order to receive a refund I must wait until 2:00 for the supposed manager to arrive to reimburse me. I don't recommend this at all.“
“Nice place with an almost club like feel. The staff greeted my 2 teenage children and I as we arrived and we were promptly seated. The waitress brought out complimentary chips and salsa. I had the birria torta, my daughter had the birria ramen, and my sun had the traditional Venezuela plate. The food was quick to arrive and was very tasty. We finished up with dessert I had fried ice cream and the kids had tres leches cake. Of course these were delicious as well. Will likely go back soon.“
“We were lucky enough to stop by right at the earlier start of lunch time and found there was nobody else there, while snow was gently falling, creating a kind of lovely atmosphere. (People did start coming in toward the end of our meal). The menu had a mix of some delicious sounding pancakes and breakfast, as well as typical lunch items.I got arrepas with chorizo. I loved the arrepa. It was crisped perfectly, but I think the chorizo would have been better chopped into small pieces instead of sliced because the casing was hard to chew through, and the pieces kept sliding out. It came with a side salad, which would have been delicious, but it came with a sesame dressing (which I dislike and that is completely my fault for not catching!!).My partner got a taco assortment and thought the pork was delicious, and the chicken was good, but felt the beef was a bit too tough. He did say that if he was to come back, he would absolutely get the pork tacos without a second thought. We each had a delicious drink, rims coated in cinnamon and served with a cookie. They also served complimentary chips and salsa, which were good!We would like to come back at different times and definitely plan to repeat. Don't snooze on this place!!“
