“We appreciate greatly for the welcoming warm greetings and services by the staff. Today, we were stranded at Palmer and our car was towed away because it hit the pothole around 1 pm. We called roadside assistance numerous times and waited for an Uber ride. After 3 hours of continued discussions, an Uber ride came to pick up only 3 not 4 of us. No! How can we leave one of us there? ! There was no Uber or car service available at Palmer; no car was willing to take us home which was over 50 miles away. All staff at Dunkin were very kind. We were able to seat our old parents (over 85 years old) inside and enjoyed sandwiches and coffee inside the well heated Dunkin! Nick spotted our car service while we were waiting at the other entrance. The whole ordeal finally came to a closure after over 6 hours. BMW roadside assistance was extremely helpful. Eric understood our situation and went above and beyond to find us a car service, not an Uber. Thanks Eric army BMW! We are grateful to meet great, nice, kind people like you (Nick, the guy and gal prepared our sandwiches and drinks. Sport that I did not ask your names), especially when we are far away from home! Thank you for your lovely and warm welcoming hospitality! Indebted for your kindness! We are now home. So sweet to meet nice people and memorialize the ordeal when we are home! “My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Figlio’s last night.From Bernie at the door, ,to our waitress and Chef Bobby we were well taken care of.The five corse dinner was delicious. Our dinner was served at a leisurely pace and we were able to fully enjoy each course. Servings are generous and we brought home leftovers.I plan on returning soon with some friends for a girl’s night out.“

“We tried for the first time today! :) Food was great & coffee even better. Really enjoyed my coffee. Service wasn’t rude but was very unfriendly. Very stoic and serious, straight to the point. Seemed bothered by our presence and a question on the menu. The dining area wasn’t clean and upon walking in, everyone was standing around (we were the only ones in there) so not sure why it was so messy. Perhaps they were taking a break in between a rush which is understandable! I will give it another shot soon.“

“I really liked this coffee shop! It had great egg bites that I could tell were homemade. The service was good, and I loved the upstairs space. It had a "take a book leave a book" shelf which was super fun. The espresso wasn't as strong as I would have liked it. Overall I loved the atmosphere!“

“Recently started going here, a few of us that works Saturday at my job take turns bringing in donuts I moved and now drive by this location twice daily, it has become our new spot. There are many flavors that the other donut place doesn't carry anymore. The staff is great, donuts are fresh and delish! And have yet to try the coffee but found out they have one of my favorite flavors! will be returning ❤️“

“this is our regular starbucks, we go one or two times a week on average for the last few years, usually just drinks and not food. we used to do mainly drive through, but it can get backed up and the location makes it hard to be in line without getting trapped by folks coming in and out of the road and parking lot, so we have found it much easier to order ahead on mobile and walk in. generally the mobile order time estimate is spot on which is nice. usually the parking isnt too crowded unless its rush hour, and even then there is a whole other side of the parking lot that is easily accessible.in all the times weve went, i have never had a single unpleasant interaction with an employee. even on a day where i had to wait 15 minutes past pickup for my drinks because their espresso machines broke and they were down to one machine that was also being cranky, and they were understandably frazzled and stressed, they were apologetic and trying their hardest. ive very occasionally gotten a drink not made right, but just small things like missing an extra flavor pump. mistakes happen! if you just politely let them know theyre more than happy to fix it for you. i get that folks can be in a rush, but practice some patience and humanity. if you cant wait for a remake, let them know next time there had been an issue, or call when you have a free sec and let them know so they can remake next time youre in.thanks to the staff here for all the great treats youve made us! we especially love the pink drink with chocolate cold foam, its like a chocolate covered strawberry and soooo good.“

“Very pleased with my past visits here. I like that the staff doesn't interrupt or rush customers when ordering at drive thru, like many other Dunkin' locations. Accuracy on point. Great service. Clean, comfortable environment. Employees seem energetic, enthusiastic & work well together as a team. I would certainly recommend this Dunkin' for fast, friendly service. Restrooms were clean also. “If you like dogs while you’re eating and drinking inside, you’ll like this location. The baristas jump on everyone who walks through the door to put a mask on, but have no problem with people bringing their dogs (of all sizes) inside. Times have changed. I suspect people who aren’t allergic to dogs don’t mind. Otherwise, great Starbucks food and drink, as everywhere. I’m a Gold Card member for life.“
