“We appreciate greatly for the welcoming warm greetings and services by the staff. Today, we were stranded at Palmer and our car was towed away because it hit the pothole around 1 pm. We called roadside assistance numerous times and waited for an Uber ride. After 3 hours of continued discussions, an Uber ride came to pick up only 3 not 4 of us. No! How can we leave one of us there? ! There was no Uber or car service available at Palmer; no car was willing to take us home which was over 50 miles away. All staff at Dunkin were very kind. We were able to seat our old parents (over 85 years old) inside and enjoyed sandwiches and coffee inside the well heated Dunkin! Nick spotted our car service while we were waiting at the other entrance. The whole ordeal finally came to a closure after over 6 hours. BMW roadside assistance was extremely helpful. Eric understood our situation and went above and beyond to find us a car service, not an Uber. Thanks Eric army BMW! We are grateful to meet great, nice, kind people like you (Nick, the guy and gal prepared our sandwiches and drinks. Sport that I did not ask your names), especially when we are far away from home! Thank you for your lovely and warm welcoming hospitality! Indebted for your kindness! We are now home. So sweet to meet nice people and memorialize the ordeal when we are home! Thank you, Dunkin Donuts Staff at 3086 S Main Street, Palmer, MA!!!!!“

“Recently started going here, a few of us that works Saturday at my job take turns bringing in donuts I moved and now drive by this location twice daily, it has become our new spot. There are many flavors that the other donut place doesn't carry anymore. The staff is great, donuts are fresh and delish! And have yet to try the coffee but found out they have one of my favorite flavors! will be returning ❤️“

“Very pleased with my past visits here. I like that the staff doesn't interrupt or rush customers when ordering at drive thru, like many other Dunkin' locations. Accuracy on point. Great service. Clean, comfortable environment. Employees seem energetic, enthusiastic & work well together as a team. I would certainly recommend this Dunkin' for fast, friendly service. Restrooms were clean also. “The staff were super cheery and friendly when I passed through recently, giving me proactive updates about my order, which I'd punched in on my mobile app just seconds before, upon pulling into their parking lot. My order was nevertheless prepared quickly and exactly as specified. The coffee, sugary iced drinks, empty-carb baked goods, or zapped hot items won't be anything special, as this is Dunkin's fast food, but at least it's dependable, cheap, and oh-so New England. “I go to the same Dunkin donuts everyday n the staff there is very friendly,polite, they listen well to the customers . No problems there . Excellent place to go first thing in the morning to get ur first cup of coffee!Kid-friendliness: The staff is very nice to the children. “Coffee was good. But doesn't the coffee & food seem different (not as good) since DD was sold a few years back?It wasn't very busy but it took a while for my iced coffee - from the conversation I overheard, someone forgot to make it.I used drive-thru so atmosphere was great!“

I went in earlier this week and they took my entire order, charged me for it, then told me after I waited for it that they didn't have any of the things I ordered.What?The poor girl working the register was working by herself at rush hour on her first day! Someone should have been shadowing her. I don't blame her at all, that's on management.Hopefully things will improve.“

“This place is not far from where I live so I decided to try them out one morning when I was out running errands. Of all the Dunkin' donuts in the area this one has to have the absolute best location. The scenery is second to none. Pastoral views abound for those who want to order a coffee and just sitting their car and daydream looking at the beautiful scenery. I don't know how they got a hold of this location but I'm glad they did. Of course they have drive-thru which I enjoy because I have a compromised immune system and value drive-thru operations very much. Super convenient and wicked beautiful scenery. You go Dunkin's!“
