Worst dunkin' donuts I've ever been to, doesn't know how to use the app, refuses genuine coupons from their own app. And very rude. Rude very very rude. I would never buy from this dunkin again. I'm a huge Dunkin' donuts fan. It's sad when you have a better experience at the Burger King down the other way than this Dunkin' donuts

It's a Dunkin. If you're expecting something fanciful and majestic, you clearly have no idea what you're getting into. It's next to the convention center. The line can be heinous if you go at the wrong times (which can also lead to a long, long wait). I can run in and get my coffee while working and get back to it.Many Dunkins will not spread your cream cheese for you because they think you're a capable adult (!shock and disbelief abounds!) But some will do it for you, if you ask.

We ordered our food online. We arrived 15 minutes after ordering. Waited another half hour to get their attention. They claimed we did not order it from the correct store. They claimed they never received your order. They got so angry. They spilled iced coffee on us. They gave us random food so we could leave.

They told me at the register they were no longer doing hot food when I tried to order a breakfast sandwich, so I skipped it. I was waiting 15+ minutes for my one coffee, and by the time I flagged someone down and asked about it (the people at the ovens were not helpful, they pointed me to the people making coffee) they were doing hot sandwiches again.Terrible service, terrible wait time, if it's busy they'll straight-up refuse to make hot food until the line is shorter. Walk to the other Dunkin by the parking garage, it'll be faster and you'll actually get food.

One of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. I do not recommend placing any mobile orders here, especially if it’s busy. Someone probably grabbed my order but the staff would not even look at me when I asked about it. Extremely unhelpful and rude. I politely asked for manager (who was clearly there) and he wouldn’t address me. I would give zero stars if there was an option. I would report to BBB if I wanted to take the time, but I will not be gifting them any more of my time. Thanks for ruining a perfectly nice Saturday morning for me and others behind me in line.

I had a quick 15 min break and I was able to place my order with a young Gentleman name Von who I watched make my ice coffee while helping others on his team. Listen I eat my food and still had Time to enjoy my self. If you read this. Thank you for your service. I am a new customer.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Not a single one of the 3 employees working there this morning spoke or understood enough English to take our order. We spent 15 minutes trying to order a medium pumpkin spice latte and a large peppermint mocha latte with oat milk. After repeating the order to 3 different cashiers at least 5 times we ended up with a large pumpkin mocha (not what we ordered) and a large peppermint mocha that had no peppermint and was given to us with whole milk, which made my lactose intolerant partner immediately sick. We also ordered wraps which were given to us cold. So we spent $36 to get the completely wrong order, got sick from the drinks because they added milk when we asked for non dairy, and we’re late to our appointments because it took 15 min just to order and another 15 min for them to actually provide the items. While we waited for our stuff we watched the people behind us in line have the exact same problem. No one taking their orders understood what they were saying. You need at least ONE worker who understands English!! Preferably more than one! This is the most useless Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Avoid this place like the plague. Wish I could give zero stars.
