I had a quick 15 min break and I was able to place my order with a young Gentleman name Von who I watched make my ice coffee while helping others on his team. Listen I eat my food and still had Time to enjoy my self. If you read this. Thank you for your service. I am a new customer.
Excellent food and coffee. We waited and waited and waited for our hot sandwiches. Finally, after 15 to 20 other orders were filled quickly, we asked. Then it came very quickly. Evidently, the kitchen staff overlooked ours.However, once we had it, it was delicious.

It's a Dunkin. If you're expecting something fanciful and majestic, you clearly have no idea what you're getting into. It's next to the convention center. The line can be heinous if you go at the wrong times (which can also lead to a long, long wait).
