This location has gone downhill. There is a woman who works in the morning that is nasty/lacks customer service skills. Also, Ilike decaf coffee and recently the brew has been bitter. I believe this is due to new staff who somehow cannot follow training related to aking decaf coffee. The next closest Dunkin is located on HuntingtonAve/Newbury St. which is a longer walk than I care to take.
Exactly what you’d expect, nothing crazy, just a good clean dunkin.
