fusion restaurant Boston Reviews
It was a really busy due to a blizzard. While I sat for a several minutes waiting for the waitress to come over to the table, once I had ordered, the food came very quickly and she was very friendly. I ordered steak with asparagus and potatoes and it was outstanding. The steak was done perfectly, very tasty, and tender. The asparagus was done just right. The potatoes were terrific. After dinner, I ordered the chocolate cake, which was very good.
Was surprised that for a hotel restaurant, it is a pretty decent place. The pizza was very good, significantly better than I expected. The place definitely lacks vegetarian options for the menu, it's only pizza or flatbread, and yet, was it was all good quality.

I ate here twice with my 2 daughters on our recent stay in Boston. The salads were amazing. The New England clam chowder was the best we've ever had. The lobster roll was also the best I've ever had. The prices are high, but I thought the food was worth it. Fusion Lounge is a much better value than Boathouse 400, in my opinion.
