We Waited over an hour outside in the cold, only to be refused entry after politely questioning why another group was seated ahead of us.
This is not about being busy — it’s about basic fairness and respect.
The attitude we faced was unprofessional and dismissive.
For a place highlighted by Michelin, this level of customer experience is frankly unacceptable. Reputation clearly does not match reality.
