Rebecca's offer solid lunch fare. It's is like a slightly less upscale version of Sebastian's down the street, offering many similar lunches -- fresh and grab and go sandwiches, tossed salads, snack-size items, entrees, and soups. I come here mainly for the hot soup. They have 4-5 soups ranging from veggie, beef, or chicken chili, chicken noodle, chowders. All good and hot and hearty. You pick the cup size and serve it up yourself. Pop on a lid and grab a napkin right from the soup bar. You can get crackers when you pay. Bottom Line: In a sea of quick-eats in the financial district, this one floats all on its own. Swim baby, swim! There are so many places that you can hang you hat on for soup, salad, and sandwich down here. Some places you pay an arm, others you pay a leg, and usually you end up fed.
