The performers are top notch!
Nice intimate setting and Emmaline band was fantastic! With that being said they have major service issues. I was there for a half hour and no one came over to ask me if I needed a drink, so I decided to see if I could order from the bar myself, unfortunately that is not allowed. The bartender told me she would send a server over. That took 10-15 minutes longer and the drink showed up 15 minutes after that. The only downside is the high price for parking in the attached hotel garage, which is the only available option. Despite this, the atmosphere is friendly, and the food, including tasty crispy truffle fries and desserts, is decent. Overall, it's an excellent spot to enjoy a jazz concert, with shows that often provide a memorable experience.
