Toro is a restaurant known for its tasty meals, offering a variety of dishes to choose from. Standout dishes include the pork chop, bone marrow, flank steak, cod fritters, and grilled octopus. The paella and corn have received mixed reviews. The seating can be crowded and compact, and there is a mandatory kitchen appreciation fee. Service is friendly, but they adhere to strict time limits. The atmosphere is lively and cozy, making it a good choice for a casual night out. Many customers enjoy the tapas such as bacalao croquettes, gambas al ajillo, and papas bravas, with some favorites being the bacalao croquettes and the regular papas bravas. The food generally arrives quickly, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant offers a bustling yet comfortable environment, ideal for sharing several dishes, especially if hungry. While not a high-end spot, it provides a pleasant experience and is highly recommended for those who love tapas and enjoy friendly service.
