So far so good! They have self check out kiosk and just watch out it has an automated 18% tip even in takeout. Waiting in line to try this bubbletea. I don't know why many people in the reviews complained about waiting a long time for service. I came during lunch time the day before Christmas. When I got to the counter, I only waited 30 seconds and a woman came out from the back and took my order immediately, then she made my order immediately and I got my boba tea within 2-3 mins. I got the Thai milk tea with boba. You have to order through an automated machine with I hate. I feel like it is not more efficient and it just makes people crowd around the counter. But I guess this is what we do now.I took off stars because there was no option to adjust the sugar or ice.I also thought it was one of the more expensive bubble tea places I've been.
