Good dunkin' location in Harvard Square. Generally has pretty good service but I've been burned a few times in the past so make sure to doublecheck your receipt after ordering and let the staff know if theres a mistake. The staff are very friendly! There is also good outdoor seating!

Have you guys ever been to a place and the first couple times it was great and then all of a sudden it seems like you're being targeted and not in a physical way but small little slights.Well this place gives me that feeling. My first few orders were no problem then all of a sudden. Drinks weren't ready, my food items was missing things (white cheddar instead of that good crap) Between them not having items and the staff "CLEANING" right in front of you at the register and not saying a word until you speak is crazy.I placed an online order before I got to work the sandwich was ready. I checked before I left and of course that yellow cheese. Ugh !So I politely asked the lady behind the counter did they have white cheddar. She informed me that they didn't. So okay I took that loss. (Def should put that on the App) and waited another 4-5 minutes for my coffee. I got my coffee everything seemed legit so I walked to work, I get to work, eat my sandwich, go to taste my coffee and to my surprise DISGUSTING. This isn't what I ordered so I walk back. I get to the counter and I'm pretty sure It was manager who was cleaning the counters didn't say a word until I spoke. As I was telling him the coffee was wrong & if he could do it over he proceeded to take my cup add 3 pumps of FVS and TELL ME there was already 5 in there. Obviously I wouldn't have brought it back if it was made correctly so for 2 minutes we went back and forth about how they put it in there (A LIE) and if I wanted more I should have said that. Are you guys f******* stupid! How rude is that. Did you taste my coffee? Did you personally make it ? NO. Get your s*** together I will not be coming here ever again idc how desperate I am.

If I could give negative stars, I would. There's this HORRIBLE middle eastern woman in her 50's I think (?) who shouldn't be allowed within 50 miles of food. Every time I ask for coffee is watery, cold, and tasteless, donuts are dry and she can never seem to follow the recipe for the simplest breakfast items, she'll often say that they've run out of ingredients to prepare it properly. Last Friday I think I asked for some ketchup and she gave me one single packet and then complained when I asked for more. She is very rude to customers and will argue with you on the spot if you say anything. This has been my go-to location for a while due to convenience, but after a few bad experiences with this lady, I will never be coming back.

Each brunch has different water, water pipes and workers, so as I am extra picky when it comes about coffee, I even take bus to enjoy the best possible.he knows what he is doing.find your favorite coffee experts in your life circle ！

If I could give negative stars, I would. This location has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. It’s been 2 days and the situation has only escalated. At this point, I’ll never come back & I suggest no one comes to this location. They argue with customers over mistakes on their part and short change you on refunds. Absolutely unacceptable.
