Good dunkin' location in Harvard Square. Generally has pretty good service but I've been burned a few times in the past so make sure to doublecheck your receipt after ordering and let the staff know if theres a mistake. The staff are very friendly! There is also good outdoor seating!
The staff were quite rude and messed up many orders. Everything I got was wrong and when I asked about it they told me to get a receipt but they hadn't given me one. Grilled cheese was terrible,coffee once I got it was good.
