I genuinely do not understand why there is this much dissatisfaction with this place. I dropped by on a Sunday evening, placed an order at one of the kiosks, and my drink was ready in less than 5 mins. The two ladies working behind the counter were friendly and patiently answered my queries. Got the black sugar cocoa drink which I enjoyed it very much. This bustling little store can get crowded, especially on a weekend. It's conveniently located in Harvard Square, next to some other restaurants and shops, making it a great spot to stop by for a drink or dessert. They have screens where you can place your order (which I recommend using), or you can order at the counter.
