This review is for the "supposed" Starbucks inside the Chestnut Hill Star MKT. Do yourself a favor, go up the street to the full Starbucks inside the Wegmans plaza. This one is a Star Mkt "Starbucks" staffed by indifferent and least caring Star MKT employees, not Starbucks baristas and the level of service and final product shows..
I feel like the issue with this location is the staff. I understand it being a lot of work, especially with the amount of customers they likely have to deal with, but sometimes they're forget things in my order, tell me their blender is broken (but they'll make themselves something on their break using the blender), burn my pastries, or make the wrong drink. Any time I have brought it up, they'll usually roll their eyes and leave it at that. The only reason I gave them two stars...read full review

stopped in because i was in a bind for breakfast/coffee... said it opens at 7 am but staff wasn't even there at 7:08am let alone prepared to start serving! Not acceptable for food service industry.
