Absolutely terrible experience in Chicopee MA. Had an online order, picked it up after waiting for 10 minutes pasted the pick up time. Got home they forgot my son’s meal. Called the stored. Was told to come back and pick it up. Mind you this happens every time we order there. The person on the phone hung on me. My wife called. Was told that they are short staffed and if we had a problem to file a complaint with corporate. Hung up on my wife. I will never return to chipotle...read full review
Not good today. Steak was tough & fatty. Fajita veggies were burnt & this location in Chicopee is always a mess. Won’t be back for awhile.
