Called the restaurant about missing items and was told by the “shift lead” it’s not her problem
Very bad customer service. Recieved attitude from them and ended up leaving with no food after 40 minutes. This was a pick up order that was ordered ahead. Terrible service.
I cant believe were a month into a pandemic and they still cant get the ordering straight. I ordered curbside pick up tonight when my boyfriend gets there he tries calling but the phone goes right to voicemail (did they take it off the hook?) He goes into the restaurant a state police officer and military personnel were also waiting for orders not happy about not being able to get ahold of anyone since they didnt have masks. luckily my boyfriend has his mask at all times you...read full review
