“Kokeshi is in residency with Bambolina (a wood-fired pizza joint, also delicious) and it's perfect! My husband and I (and our puppy, Dexter) stopped in for lunch on Wednesday and were treated to a wonderful meal with an awesome server and comfortable outdoor seating. I had the Spicy White Kimchi Ramen and my husband had the Margherita pizza. Both were amazing! I highly recommend stopping in when in Salem!“

“Favorite Thai Takeout in Wakefield. I order from here very regularly. It's a cute hole in the wall type place with excellent food. Service is always great - friendly and quick. Few of my favorite meals: Charm Thai Fried Rice, Pad Woonsen, Drunken Noodle, Red Chicken Curry, and Green Chicken Curry. Everything is fresh and flavorful, not overwhelming or bland and the portions are great - I usually get two meals out of it. They are not stingy with the protein either. The Thai Iced Tea is also made really well here. It's right on Main Street - when you can snag a parking spot right in front/on Main Street it's a dream, but there is a parking lot and (side) street parking right around the corner. They also do delivery if you prefer or need that. There is only one maybe two tables inside so it's definitely a takeout joint, not an eat-in kind of restaurant, but if you are craving Thai food and want something delicious, this is the place to go!“
“We tried bahn mi grilled pork sandwich, pork spring rolls, Vietnamese coffee black boba, unsweetened tea black boba, mango smoothie with black boba and mango smoothie with mango boba. Everything was delicious!! Fresh ingredients and no sweeteners in our smoothies. Staff was knowledgeable and went out of their way to accommodate my crying 8 year old when she decided that she also wanted black boba in her smoothie like her brother. I wish I took pictures of our delicious food! Next time! We’ll be back!“

“Authentic and exotic. The Thai beef salad was incredible. The skewers are delicious very flavorful. The Khmer spring rolls are delicate and fantastic. I couldn't order enough they are like crack lol The food paired excellently with the brewery right beside it. The Galaxy IPA from East Regiment beer company was the best ipa I’ve had in Mass. This spot for food and beer is a must in Salem“

My family lived in Peabody for many years and have since moved away but still drive "home" to get our favorite . Have a Mai Tai while you are waiting for your food !! “It's fine, maybe 3 and a half. I think it is not as high quality as some of the places around here and you know it's a take out place, not a fancy sit down restaurant. I think it would be ideal for hanging around with some folks, drinking a couple of beers and watching sports or something. The prices are great, the portions are great, the food, well it's good not great. I still reccomend and it is a great addition to Melrose long term. The tempura (and there is a lot of it) seems to be more like you would get for the breading in a sweet and sour recipe at a standard Chinese American storefront. I do like that you can choose the spiciness. The price to quality ratio is such that it gets the four, but there is higher quality thai food in the area if you are introducing someone for the first time. Let me add that the woman that worked there was friendly as hell and I showed up early and she apologized for it not being ready like she was a magician or something.“

“The food was very good! Tasty and fresh! The hot and sour soup is apparently the best my roommate has had in years. This is more a carry out type establishment even though there are multiple tables. We happened to eat in. Service was fast and very welcoming. Paper and styrofoam plates, plastic cups, and utensils. When ordering for pick up, this is THE place to go. Not so much for a dining-in experience. We will be ordering from here!“
“J and J is my families new spot for Asain tasty treats. Jean is a fantastic owner. She makes you feel like family from the time you enter the establishment. Sushi was fresh and delicious. They even made a special chicken tempura roll for my wife and added it to their POS ordering system for future visits. We call it the Elisabet roll named after my wife of course. My kids smashed every morsel of food on their plates which is especially rare for my picky 6 year old daughter who just loved her fried rice and Salmon. Kids meals are adult size so it's a great value . I had two Scorpion ? Bowls which got me feeling pretty lively. I imagine moving forward we will be doning weekly at J & J .
