“Love the pho noodle bowls here. Takeout from this location is also excellent. The broth, noodles, veggie and meat are all packaged separately to be easily combined once home. “I went there a couple months ago when I had a friend visited me. Very nice, calm atmosphere. The age of the people are not college kids, 20 year olds, they are a little older, so it is more calm. The service is very nice. Out in the back, they have a separate covering where you can chill with people and have your drinks and food.“

“We stopped in on a Sunday at about 4:00pm because we had heard this was "jam" day. As I understand it, there are two alternating bands that let musicians/singers sign in and then perform in turn on their own instruments(except the drums for obvious reasons). I thought the band was good in all of its incarnations. There is a definite music theme throughout the décor. From the mural of rockers which covers an entire wall to the Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin base drums and the guitar shaped neon. If you wanted to watch the band and could not get a seat in the front room, there were a couple of cctv's showing the performers in the back and bar area. There is a full bar of about 20 seats with a decent selection of draft beer. When we were there the place was packed and the two bartenders were doing a good job of keeping up with the demand. There were about ten tables and no waitresses. You can order at the bar but I believe a sign is needed to direct one to the appropriate place to order. Food is available. “I won't give them a crappy review. I just moved to the city and I walked there tonight expecting the best deviled eggs and wings I've had in a while. They were not open despite being within the hours of the hours listed on Yelp. The website is also suspended so I am guessing the place is out of business. That's too bad. “Went out with my girlfriend to the bar side 5/3/2024 - the foreign guy working the bar was the absolute worst bartender we have ever seen in our lives. After 1 drink, no menus, no refill my girlfriend asked for a drink loudly as he walked by (20 minutes later) and ignored us. We were about to leave but then asked the black haired tattoo'd female bartender to be our server. She was AWESOME and she said she gets that all the time, he needs to be fired. We tipped her very well and she saved our date night so thank you.“

“It is a very nice place. Large windows and nice drink glasses. Vicky was a funny server. I highly recommend the lobster rangoons and the sriracha wings. However, you should dip the rangoons in the sauce that comes with the wings. The salmon was superb, however, if you are not a fan of lentils you should ask them to remove them. The salmon comes with a lot of lentils. The drinks are good and interesting. They are not typically combinations I would order. Nonetheless, they have distinct tastes that leave good flavors in your mouth. I had the burnt orange and orange. I also recommend the token chicken sandwich. I look forward to going back there again.“

“I'll just say at the outset that I had preconceived ideas about this place when my SIL suggested that we all meet up here for lunch. Friends of ours were always reporting that they were at this boozer called Jimmy's getting clobbered. I expected a louch, dark boozy pub and found a bright lively restaurant with terrific food! Huge portions of delicious food for short money? I'm there! I had some of the onion rings which were delicious, and shrimp scampi over rice pilaf rather than linguine. It was excellent! I could not eat it all and still make the drive back to Cape Cod comfortably. My SIL's fish and chips plate was huge and she reported that it was delicious. My BIL had an enormous burger with sweet potato fries. Next time when I'm looking for Fish & Chips in the area, I'll know where to go!“

This place has been around for ever. I've been living in Walpole for over 30 years I can't say enough about this place. Come in and try it at least once and I'll bet you'll be back again and again.
