When told we were celebrating a special occasion, the waiter brought complementary dessert with a personalized message in chocolate sauce calligraphy (One Bistro has a pastry chef)! Salads are generous, so we split one; I had shrimp scampi because I like the rock shrimp they have. My date enjoyed the steak frites, and brought home about half for lunch the next day. “I simply loved it. Was visiting my friend in Boston and we went there on Sunday. I loved the nachos that they great you with as soon as you are seated ... yummy with the sauce. You can get as much as you want ( but don't fill your stomach before you get your food ) ??? nice and smiling staff. Ready to help but some don't speak English. One waiter was nice but didn't bring me a fork for like 15 minutes, had to go and ask for it myself. Bathrooms relatively clean. Liked the food but it was my mistake regarding what I ordered, just made the wrong choice compared to what I expected. “Reserved two seats for one of their live music nights. Worth it! Pulled up in Stoughton at Toffee. The outside is inviting with its script and neon chocolate signage. Stepped in expecting a greeting but had to walk to the back for the hostess. We were seated in a prime location facing the bar and live music area. Service was great, moktails were tasty. Other drinks around me looked appealing. Heard that the bartender can make anything to your liking. Next time!! Food menu isn't that grand, the draw is the bar and live music. Flatbread was cheesy good but the crabmeat balls were just OK. Chicken Caesar salad wrap and chips looked good, not huge but satisfying. Worth the drive from Providence for drinks and snack food. Love that it's black-owned. The atmosphere is fantastic with a cute lounge area by the door and ample seating for groups & couples. Like I said it's all about the bar. Poke nachos and ahi tuna stack were most delicious out of everything we ordered. if you are a fan of raw tuna and avocado, then this is for you. Truffle fries were great as well. The rest of the food was good too. Service was good considering they were very busy on a Sunday. They got us a table right away. Ambiance is lacking, there isn't much in terms of decor, it's very noisy , but we didn't mind because it is a very casual place and the food was tasty.“

Everything was great except I thought the guac in the nachos could have been more fresh. For an entree, I got their salmon, which was the highlight of the meal for me. Once we were dropped off by our ride share company, it looked a little sketchy, but the entrance was in the back. There were a few people there, but come to find out, they were all there to participate in the tour and tasting. I didn't see but maybe 2-4 people who were there that weren't part of the experience. It has a really nice intimate dark feel. Good for date night or small group experience. We had sips of different spirits, I personally couldn't finish them all. Some because of taste that didn't mesh with my tastebuds, other reason was it's straight up liquor- I wasn't trying to get get wasted. It's a decent amount of liquor. Overall, it was something different and something to do while visiting friends in town. The staff was really nice and informative, overall, I probably won't do this again, as tasting liquor isn't really my thing, versus a wine tasting, but glad to have tried it nevertheless.“

“Those darn lemon pepper honey wings, omg! Yes, more, please. A coworker introduced me to these wings, and I am grateful lol. The only thing I can proceed on it is, if it could be a little bit crispier with more honey. At least, that's how I like them. I had to edit this because I forgot to mention a situation. 1 day, a co-worker and I went to this bar last year to grab some food after work and when we left. I got home, and I noticed I did not have my purse. I immediately called the bar. I explained to the bartender what had happened, and the bartender saw my purse still hanging on the chair in which I was sitting. After speaking with her, she held on to my purse. I immediately returned back to the bar. And got my things. Not a single item was missing. The more I pointed out of the story is. There are some honest customers and honest workers at this bar.“
