The hotel is in desperate need of a face lift and repair. The back door entrance from the parking lot was broken and anyone could get in. The first night we were there people were partying in the hall until around 2am. The hotel staff did nothing to quiet them down. When I tried to call to complain the phone in the room didn’t work. I wish the room was as great as the location. The coffee maker and microwave did not work and not all lights had lightbulbs. Very noisy! Big Harley’s in the parking lot right outside my room. I understand they charge $30 extra for our dog…I always call ahead to be sure there will not be a problem. I was traveling with my 91 yr old mother. The resort is in a great location and we enjoyed having a room with a view of the marina. Easy walkability to coffee shops and mom and pop stores. The resort is going through some remodeling but not bothered by it. The room was very clean. The only draw was the AC turning on, especially when sleeping, was loud. All in all, we would stay there again.
