“Given our late arrival our hostess server bartender Ashley was unbelievable! She's a rarity these days! Took our order over the phone given that the kitchen likely would've been closed when we arrived! Instead shortly after our arrival our food was being served. And with great hospitality! She went above and beyond to accommodate us and I found that exceptional! Kudos to her! It's rare that I've received such service in the many places at which I've dined! In addition to the service the food was delicious! The 19 shrimp was delectable along with the paella and Mediterranean octopus we ordered! A very memorable evening I soon won't forget!“
“Great food, great place, but i think I'll hang up and call royal next door every time the young girl answers the phone there to take my order. Never once has my food been correct. One time i said no veggies and when i asked her to repeat it back she said veggies only. Its like this EVERY TIME. She simply doesn't care. Im sick of remaking my food when i get home, and having to put my own condiments on, and cooking my bacon more that i constantly ask to have well done. I'll just Make the whole thing myself and save money at this rate.“
“Love the food and environment, steak plate always cooked perfect . Pork and little necks is enough for two meals . We don't speak or understand Portuguese but absolutely love the DJ and dancing, Buffet is delicious as is the mixed kabobs . Desserts and best cappuccino.“

We are doing a Girls Weekend in Little Compton and after a day of shopping in Newport, needed some sustenance. Jade was our awesome server and had great recommendations and went that extra bit to make our meal special. All our entrees were terrific (salmon, swordfish, steak frites and mussels). Thank you!!!“
“Have been wanting to try Joe's for a while and finally did! Worth the wait, but won't wait so long to go back and bring friends! We came a little bit after the lunch hour and found the restaurant very peaceful and cozy. The shish chicken plate was tender and the salad and hummus and garlic sauce were all lovely accompaniments. We also had some baba ghannouj (with the olive oil and sumac ?) and pita. The service was prompt and cheerful. So happy we stopped and looking forward to another visit.“
