“the food and coffee are good and as expected. the service did take quite a while, but they were really busy today. there wasn't to much space for a big crowd so it was also pretty stuffy in there but that's all stuff that's out of there control. I only had one issue with one of the staff I asked of when she could if I could get and uber bag and cup holder and she gave me attitude and said she has a lot of cups to do and walked away about 5 minutes later I asked another person and they got it immediately while still working and being busy“
“This dunks is always great! I come here all the time…sometimes the drive-thru lane is long but the line moves fairly quickly! Every once in awhile I go inside. This group of workers are fast and efficient, pleasant and friendly! Teamwork! You go Eastern ave Dunks!!“
“Never in my life have I ever ordered My usual Hazelnut coffee and blueberry muffin and the muffin actually come out FRESH AND WARM. Like this was right out the Oven or microwave but either way it was amazing! Gloucester Dunks on Washington street i think it was thank you!“

Quality of help and friendliness of patrons, young and older make this a favoured oasis of the North Shore. Each person is treated as special here and by other merchants. That is what distinguishes MBTS as the best small town in Massachusetts.“
“I love Dunkin. I go there too much. Everywhere I go in Massachusetts there's a Dunkin donuts. Honestly the coffee and donuts are usually mediocre. But the sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin I get is pretty darn good. The edges are crispy and fatty on the sausage.“
“I go to this restaurant from time to time! This is the best place to dine. I visit this spot at least once a month. The cooking is excellent, the staff is courteous and the price is affordable. I enjoy eating in this restaurant over a good meal.“
