“I haven't been to Connie's Restaurant lately but when we went there for breakfast, we enjoyed their food & their wait staff. They took your order & they were very personable which in the field of working with the public is essential! We also liked that they were a small quaint place so that you felt like you were family.“

“Went here on a Saturday night with some friends. Arrived at about 8:30 and the place was packed. Luckily our friends got there first, so we were able to sit at a high top. We didn't get food this time,but have previously and it was great. We had drinks. I ordered a Titos and ginger ale. The first 2 drinks tasted like there was no tito. The 3rd drink,I was given a soda water. I sent that back and finally got the correct drink. I highly recommend the Buffalo chicken tacos. There was also a band there. I think they have one every Saturday. The bar area could use a little update. Overall,I give this place a 5/5. I recommend you check it out.Parking: Parking is difficult. Most times you have to drive around a few.“

“Slightly pricey, but tasty food in a cool atmosphere. Has a Middle Eastern vibe. They are connected to a cute bakery/cafe and an ice cream shop. I thought it was very good, not amazing or anything, but I would recommend it and I would go back.“

It's a cash only place and only does takeout out of the garage so make sure that you call ahead, bring cash, and show up right on time. You can park in the driveway but if it's busy you can also park on the side street right next to it.“

“Before I went to Bo Cafe I was in shambles, there was something missing from my life, and I didn’t know what it was. One day, I wanted to try a new restaurant that was Mediterranean. Lo and behold Bo Cafe was recommended. My boi Arthur hooked me up with his famous chicken Shawarma. Truly life changing. The juices and the chicken along with the crunchy greens worked together like prime Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen. Also, he has so many unique snacks and delectable sweets. “My daughter and I got takeout from Roy’s tonight. It was our first time here and it won’t be our last! I got the beef shawarma pita sandwich and she had the chicken. They were stuffed and so delicious!! We also got shankleesh and their homemade pita chips. Fabulous!! I love that everything is fresh and generously spiced. “When I placed my first food order, I found that the food was generally good. The crab rangoon is excellent. With just two shrimp for the sum I paid, I was a little let down by the pineapple rice. I wasn't able to savor the beef ribs as much as I would have liked because they were undercooked. Without any hesitation, I'll give them a second attempt at other dishes.“

“We had heard the great reputation of this restaurant so we finally tried it, after our go-to Chinese restaurant in Brockton went down hill. We did take-out and got Pad Thai and Tofu Curry. Both were incredible and we will be back to get these items again and try new things also, as the menu is extensive and delicious-sounding. Servings were perfectly sized, everything was super fresh and the flavors were memorable. I actually can't wait to get the Tofu Curry again and my spouse said the Pad Thai was the best we've gotten in the area. Ordering was easy by phone, pick-up was easy, and they made two new customers.“

“I tried the Venus Cafe for the first time today for takeout. I ordered a green pepper onion and mushroom pizza. I got there early and got it as soon as he popped it into the box, so there was no time for it to steam in the box. I usually have my dog with me, so that's why I get take-out a lot. A little bit of flop at the beginning due to it being piping hot and loaded with toppings. Tasted great, and the price was good. This place is one of the goats of this style of pizza, ssbp. The only complaint is that they use sliced toppings, not chopped. And that's just a personal preference due to years of thinking I took a clean bite of pizza, and then a chunk of blistering topping comes with it and tags me on the chin. Lol. I went to the takeout side and dealt directly with the cook, and he was very nice. I have no clue about the bar area, but friendly kitchen staff speaks volumes for a place. I'm slowly trying all the places that do this style of pizza in the area, and this one did not disappoint.“

The host welcomed us and was able to hold great conversation while walking us to our table (he gave us a few great laughs). “We had a wonderful time at Barrell Z House this past Saturday. Our bartender, dressed in Germany garb for Oktoberfest, was so friendly and helpful. We had our little dog Ella with us and was made to feel welcome. Our bartender even brought us a fresh bowl of water for her. We got some delicious sirloin sliders for us and doggie biscuits with PB for Ella from the food truck. My husband and I enjoyed the IPA. We tasted two different types, one more fruity and aroma, the other more hoppy. We’re hop heads and both agreed that the more hoppy one was our fav! Only knocking off one star because one of the seasonal drink specials was a pumpkin spice chai tea which turned out to be just a Stash brand tea bag that you can buy at the grocery store, nothing special or added. That was disappointing but everything else was fantastic and I will definitely go back.“

There was one time some guy let his kids take our scratch tickets but it didn't have to do with the restaurant just a couple bad apples in town. They'll get their karma The food here is consistently great, and the pizza is the best in town. The bartenders and waitresses here are also great and make us feel welcome. “I love Thai food, never cared for Chinese style food until now. My Mom took me here for my birthday. She ordered a bunch of different things we shared. I am in love with the house fried rice, the garlic broccoli dish, shrimp and mushrooms, beer battered green beans everything was amazing and fresh. I never had this fresh of food at any restaurant ever! The only complaint I can think of is they don't have salt on the table, you have to ask, but honestly the food is so good, you won't need it!
