“We just had their family meals for a birthday celebration tonight. The two salads and four entrees were delicious and more than enough for a group of 6-8 adults. The butternut squash risotto and chicken Marsala were two favorites I highly recommend them for a gathering of friends or family.“

They did a phenomenal job dealing with less than ideal circumstances including creating a makeshift kitchen, circulating fresh appetizers in the rain, and serving up a spectacular dinner in the midst of the deluge we experienced Saturday. Only a pro could pull everything off to feed over 100 guests, look calm and professional and friendly (how did the entire crew keep a sense of humor and smile as buckets of rain were coming down???). They were absolutely fabulous and I there are not enough words that can describe how fantastic they were!!!“

“Terrie catered our corporate function that we have on a chartered boat out of Plymouth harbor. This is her second time catering this event. This past week terrie and her team blew the party out of the water (no pun intended). She was able to carefully serve meals to our 100 guests. Emphasis on carefully as the boat was rocking in big wake over 40 miles out of harbor. She had a couple delicious options for our guests - lobster, steamer and shellfish or chicken, hot dogs and coleslaw. Everything was delicious and all the guests were very pleased. I recommend her time and again for corporate functions, family get togethers, weddings and anniversaries, and anything in between where delicious food and attentive staff is needed. “We ordered Spinelli's to feed 20 for Easter dinner and it was delicious all around! Crowd favorite: Meatballs in red sauce Lasagna: Big portions but were truly loaded with ricotta cheese, so I'd say these could use a little more red sauce and a little less ricotta cheese Cannoli's: Super yummy. We got them dipped in chocolate and also plain which were both amazing Chicken cutlet: Very good addition to have Next time you're looking for a big order for a party or a gathering, try Spinelli's!“

“This place is beautiful. The owner Lisa and secretary Victoria are so helpful, but unfortunately do to CharLIE Faker I was unable to have my party there even though the hall holds 600 people there is a number of people put in place, not a percentage of people giving the space. Shameful“

“Y’all! I just had the most amazing experience at Ben and Jerry’s in Braintree. I told the (very young kid) that was working I had a gluten allergy. He knew immediately, washed his hands, put gloves on, went to get a new container of ice cream, fresh toppings. I could cry. If the employee who did this sees this, I just wanted to say thank you, you truly made me feel normal for once. It seriously meant so much to me. You really really filled my cup, keep being awesome“

“Simply Dunn catering is the best the South Shore has to offer! It’s a family run business with the nicest staff ever. I have had two events catered by them where they came to our home. The first was a 50th birthday party with nearly 100 guests in our yard. The second was a Friendsgiving last week for 50 people. We had the most amazing Chef, bartender, and event coordinator both times. The food was outstanding, but the professionalism and ability to problem small last minute items will keep us returning time and time again. For the birthday party we had a lot of fresh seafood which they displayed beautifully. The Friendsgiving we did gourmet flat breads and Chinese food. The guests were raving about the food. Today I picked up our second catered Thanksgiving meal for 12. It takes all the stress out of the day and I can enjoy my family. Garlic mashed is always a fan favourite and their cranberries. You cannot go wrong with Simply Dunn! Special shout out to Jonathan Dunn who has hired cream of the crop staff. Also, grateful for Jane who has helped me pull off two events without any bumps. And to Chef Hugo who crushed Friendsgiving 2023. Yeah Simply Dunn!!“
