“Only two people working early this morning. I totally understand being short staffed, I do. But, after waiting almost 20 minutes for my on the go order, I at least expected the iced turtle latte to be made right. I was now running late for work, driving a school van, so I couldn't wait around to ask for a new one. Especially with the place being filled with people. I did try it and I couldn't believe how bad it tasted. It was like milk and coffee grounds. After my route was done I went back. I still had the drink with me. The ladies at the counter saw the drink and couldn't believe it. They knew who had made it without me even finishing my story lol! They made a replacement and were extremely nice and apologized for the mistake, which is usually uncommon for a mistake like this to be made here. Thank you so very much! The re-make was delicious ? 5 stars for the taste and service to the replacement ladies! Sorry but, 1 ⭐ for taste this morning. I understand it was busy and only two people, but it shouldn't effect taste.“

“Although Dunkin' Donuts is now a national chain, its roots are decidedly in New England. Specifically Massachusetts. The first DD is still open and is very close to where I now live.There is a newer DD on the scene in Hingham which seems to be doing a brisk business especially given how close it is to the Hingham Ferry Terminal as well as the condos and apartments that have grown like mushrooms in that neighborhood.While I very rarely buy coffee to go but when I do buy a cup I prefer Dunkin' Donuts to Starbucks any day of the week.I was in this newest franchise recently to pick up some gift certificates for some friends who are die-hard DD fans.This place was clean and orderly and although I could be incorrect it seems to be run by a family. I was greeted by a friendly man (the owner?) who helped me with buying the 3 gift cards. I also bought one jelly doughnut (my preferred spelling of this word) to share with my husband who was waiting in the car.The doughnut was clearly quite fresh and was really delicious. My friends appreciated the gift cards. DD has the usual array of coffees, teas, doughnuts and other not particularly healthy food options but as a treat, they can't be beat. i wish this location well although I am sometimes dismayed at the sheer proliferation of these chains at the expense of local one-of-a-kind coffee shops. But people want what they want I guess.“

“Donut king is a Weymouth staple! Amazing fluffy and sweet donuts and super savory and filling egg sandwiches. “The drinks and sandwiches are so yummy here! My boyfriend and I have been back every Sunday for the past month to get our coffee and breakfast! We personally love their B.S.A.T (add a soft boiled egg in it!), the vietnamese iced latte and the honey bee! So good! “Finally had a chance to swing by close to opening. There were trays full of doughnuts this time. It was also surprisingly lively with locals despite the early hour, so I can see why the doughnuts sell out. There were some cutely decorated special doughnuts for Easter, but I stuck to my mission of trying the famous, classic honey dip doughnut. The price ($2.25) was the same as that of the marble cruller that I got last time even though there is less doughnut, so I wish it were cheaper for the size. However, it was airy/fluffy and soft with a delicious glaze. The only thing I did not like was that I could slightly taste old oil with some bites. I think I prefer the slight crunchiness of the marble cruller last time more, but maybe the crunchiness is only unique to cake doughnuts.“

“It's neat that the first Dunkin' ever is right here in Quincy. There were closer Dunkin' locations, but I went to this one solely for that reason. The outside has more of a retro feel because of the original logo. The parking lot is small, and there aren't that many tables inside, but there were a handful of people on a weekday evening. My online order took a bit of time to prepare, but my drink seemed to have been prepped with care, as it came out looking pretty nice.- Small Iced Churro Signature Latte ($4.19): All of the churro flavor was in the whipped cream, but I liked the drink overall, and the price was reasonable.- French Cruller Donut ($1.59): The donut was so small. It seems shrinkflation has hit everywhere, as the donut I got the other day from another Dunkin' was also much smaller than I remembered. However, the taste was good. It also tasted good dipped in my latte.Overall, this is probably one of the better Dunkin' locations in the area: no issues with service, decent selection of donuts still available even later in the day, and clean interior.“

“I stopped by the gas station with my husband to buy a bottle of water and we saw a cafe inside selling Latin food, so we decided to have a little snack there. We were skeptical because of the location but we were surprised the food was delicious! We ordered a horchata(drink), an empanada and a pork pupusa. My husband really liked the empanada and I liked the pupusa but we both agreed that the horchata was too good. The prices are great, the store in general is clean and they are friendly. They also sell tacos, burritos, and shakes. I highly recommend this place.“

“Usually when you only have one person closing it all goes to heck that one person gets fed up at their job they hate what they do and they're just miserable but I went to this location today after getting gas and I spoke to a wonderful girl named Taylor Kelly and wow she was smiling she was bubbly we were cracking jokes there was a large family with a very large order in front of me she got them out quickly and efficiently still had a smile on her face helped me and then told me to have a wonderful day after what an excellent employee that you have really really I hope you take a lesson from what customers are saying and hold on to her she is awesome“

“This Dunkin's outlet is located at a busy, critical intersection: East Squantum Street just northeast of Quincy Shore Drive. Folks could be speeding along Quincy Shore Drive onto the Neponset River Bridge, thereby making for a scary turn out of the parking lot. Or they could be stopped along East Squantum Street at the westbound traffic light, making it tough to turn in.Still, as long as you manage to get in and out, service is usually quick and efficient here. I especially appreciated how they were one of the few Dunkin's outlets - even here in Quincy where it all began - that were open on Christmas Day. The food and drink won't be all that special, since it's basically fast food fare, but this all means that prices are fairly cheap, especially if you use the addictive mobile app with all its targeted discounts and bonus point offers.Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. “I visit this location at least 10 times a week. Typically ill place a mobile order and walk in the store. My orders are ready in 3 minutes on average. Not once have they messed up my order. “The Braintree Dunks is a good one. They are friendly and it has a big dinning area with tables and one table has a plug very convienent. They close early at 7 pm but for where its located and what they serve thats a fair time. Overall very good rating.“
