“I work in the Holyoke mall and today I wanted to eat some good pizza and I saw someone eating this pizza and I thought it looked really good so I decided to check it out and I was treated very kind the service was amazing I loved the pizza my family loved it and I'm so appreciative ? thank you so much I would definitely recommend!!!“
“Happened to be traveling through, and we decided to try Alina’s. Truly enjoyed the SHRIMP FRA DIAVOLO (nice and spicy), MAMA’S MEATBALLS (light and tasty),, ALINA’S LINGUINE (packed with seafood), a beautifully plated CAESAR SALAD that I had to split with wife and a side of creamy risotto Milanese. The ambiance is very homey and traditional. They have a piano bar on Tuesdays, I believe. Victor the waiter was awesome. He treated us as if we were his only table. Wished us well on our journey. Loved speaking with Remi, the Chef, as he confirmed that Angel Hair pasta is too delicate for shrimp, better for cheese, tomato and basil. Been having this argument with my wifey for years. Of course, all restaurants will serve you whatever pasta you wish. Great restaurant and good times.“
“Sometimes, you make promises to go to "that nice place in the next town over" but fate never has you near there when you go out.. Well, I am simply delighted that we *finally* ended up at Bnapoli recently for dinner. The fresh rolls that I thought nobody made anymore, the pleasant service, spectacular wine list, and just simply super fresh Italian dishes. I love going out to eat, and finding a chef's treasure chest of meals that are made with interesting homemade sauces or with unique ingredients that fit the seasons. I am also directing you to look at the photo of the bar where they have an apothecary of tinctures that are used in these delightful cocktails. I would not say that this is an inexpensive place to eat, but if you were going out to enjoy a good meal and enjoy the taste of your drink, enjoy the textures of your food, this is the place you want to be.“
“This restaurant never fails to disappoint they are by far the best restaurant in West Springfield and they make you feel the most welcome too. B Napoli has Phenomenal margaritas, a relaxing upscale atmosphere, friendly staff and incredible Italian cuisine that melts right in your mouth each bite. The service here was above and beyond I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cannot wait to be back again. Recommendations: Get the spicy strawberry margarita if you come it's made the “right” way with no mixes and a fresh house made strawberry puree that's to die for, you will never wanna get a margarita anywhere else around here after enjoying one here.“
“Food is delicious, lots of variety. Prices are decent. Waiters could smile a little more. Our waiter may have had a bad day, but we tried making conversations with her, she didn't seem to really care, But other than that I will go back with the family and enjoy their pizza.“
“Great pan pizza and we like the regular deals! Friendly staff, good communication, easy transactions, and big value. Our orders and deliveries have always been on time. Good job, can recommend. If you want pan za and are in the area, this would be a fine choice. ?“
“Love this place !!! Food is amazing!!!! Different everyday I've been coming here for 30 years !!!!! Still good now as it was 30 years ago!!!! Definitely a place you neeeeeed to see if your coming to Springfield!! Two seconds from MGM casino and Definitely better then more restaurants downtown!!! Don't miss out!!“
“As I was visiting my cousin and we ate at this remarkable restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing and totally affordable! ? I ordered an eggplant ? and garlic calzone thinking it was going to be a small portion. To my surprise ? it was HUGE for only $15!!!! I ate a quarter of it and was so stuffed. I had to get a to-go-container. My family ordered spaghetti ? and large meatballs. They couldn't finish their portions either.Unfortunately the service was not my cup of tea. Extremely disappointed. I had to bag my own food and wait a considerably long time to be served. Somewhat ignored by the waiter.I would have given this restaurant a one star or negative zero star rating because of the poor customer service. However, the food was way too good to mess up such greatness! I hope they'll have waitresses with a better quality of service soon. I will definitely do take out instead.Kid-friendliness: They have a specialized kids menu for dine in onlyWheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible; tight front and back entrance to the restaurant.“
“I had the mushroom salad and tortellini soup, both were fantastic. Parking can be tricky but there is a lot across the street to use. Service was fast, food came out quick, service was perfectly attentive but not bothersome. This is my choice of restaurants when I go to Northampton. Love it. My friend had a personal sized pizza and said it was really good as well. Dine in confidence!“
“We had made Casa Di Lisa our date night spot when we travel to Agawam! We aren’t locals, we travel over a hour and half. We come here twice a year and we are never disappointed around our meals! The food is great and the prices are amazing for the amount of food they give you. We usually get the chicken parmesan however I think I should try another dishes as looking around all the dishes look so good! They have a yummy dessert menu too! Every time I’ve been here there was a man singing songs in Italian which makes the place even more special!!! Excellent job to the staff team at Casa Di Lisa! We will return for another date night in the future! ❤️“
“I've been going to La Fiorentina Pastry shop for 15 years now. It's a staple of the Italian section of the south end of Springfield. They have the BEST desserts and cakes in Western Mass. I would highly recommend their cannoli cakes if you are looking to branch off from basic chocolate, vanilla, and marble cakes. Great service and great food!“
“Just found my new favorite spot to get my subs (grinders) and much more. I ordered a steak sub, and let me tell yall...it was one of the bests I've ever had. The owners are the perfect example of what a restaurant owners should be, very welcoming, and super friendly. Very cozy place, and they're open until 3 am on Fridays and Saturdays. Yall have to give them a try if yall haven't yet. Can't wait to try everything they have on their menu.“
“This new spot has a very welcoming atmosphere from the staff to the ambiance. If in search of some fresh pasta and wine options, this is certainly a place you wont want to skip. Portions sizes are valid and they have some great specials to take advantage of. This place is also very reasonably priced, especially for the quality of food thats served. Would be happy to dine here again.“
“My first time eating a meal here. The atmosphere and ambiance are very nice. The service was quick and the staff are very friendly. The food was delicious and you get a good value for your money. A big breakfast sandwich and a large iced latte were less than $10!If you are visiting downtown Springfield this is the place to grab a bite. It's small, but not cramped.Actually, it's comfortable to sit and eat while you're waiting for a meeting downtown or waiting for a store to open.I will be coming back here.“
“Milano's is consistently good! Toni can make an amazing Martini with a charming smile to boot ☺️ Great food and amazing service every time. Worth a mention that if you get Brittany as your waitress, you will be well taken care of!“
“Under new Ownership. The Grinders are really NOT GOOD Especially the ham & american "cheese". The American is the cheap fake like kraft singles type cheese. The food is also Quite Pricey, but who isn't. You can now order online now & its easy. The pizza and dinners are really good stick to that the grinders are REALLY bad. I'd eat subway over these grinders hands down.“
“Drinks and pizza were very good, but meals were very salty. Friendly service, patient, and helpful. Pizza was definitely worth it and seemed like they had a lot of gluten free and other dietary options. Nothing to go raving about to others, but definitely good. Worth trying and making your own opinion :) I'd go back and give them another shot too.“
“I recently came down from Worcester, Ma and dined at this Italian restaurant and was delighted by their mouthwatering lasagna. The deli selection was impressive, and every bite was pure yum! Highly recommended for a delightful Italian dining experience.“
“The BEST BLT I've had in YEARS! Perfectly cooked bacon, portions of each ingredient just right, and the grinder roll was perfectly toasted for a nice crunch yet soft and easy to take a bite. DELICIOUS! All for a fair price at that. 5 ? for sure :)“
“I wanted to say something bad to keep this gem all to myself. I had a recent birthday gathering and the food was provided by Emma's. It was great so I had to check out the restaurant and that was yesterday. If you go, you won't to go anywhere else.“
“No doubt a 5 star review for this pizza place! When we came in we were told we could get seated anywhere we’d like . Our two children were offered high chairs. Our waiter was very pleasant. The food was ready quite fast!! you could tell the food was homemade , the mozzarella sticks were out of this world! Overall we were very pleased with our experience!“
“Best pizza in the area along with the best prices! I literally pass 5 other pizza shops to get here (1 of which used to be my favorite). Can’t beat the price or quality. Wish I found them 5 years ago! And the owner is honest, I accidentally overpaid and she was quick to let me know. It’s definitely worth the 15-20 minute drive for us. Btw, it’s a small restaurant easy to miss and drive by“
“It's been more than a year since I've broken bread at the Villa and they did not dissappoint. Sunday dinner with my mother and family. My mother said it was the freshest salad she ever had and her chicken saltimboca was perfectly tender. We had pescatore over pasta (mine with risotto) and shrimp alfredo for the kid. It was all exceptional with great portions. My mother finished with the creme brulee and made sure we all knew how difficult it was to make good custard. Nicky the chef is a real pro. Ian the bartender was our server and was attentive despite the crowd. Anthony was everywhere, making sure folks were happy. Thanks, Villa, we'll be back soon.Parking: I parked across the street at the Union after dropping off the family. I need the exercise.“
“Wow, what a fantastic spot for a quick slice! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the owner, who promptly confirmed they offered cheese and pepperoni slices. Though I initially tried to pay with a card, they kindly informed me they only accept cash, directing me to the nearby ATM. Within minutes, my order of four slices, totaling around eight dollars, was served – one neatly packed to go, and the other plated for immediate enjoyment. To top it off, the owner generously included a complimentary can of soda. As I savored my slice, I couldn't help but appreciate the friendly atmosphere, even catching snippets of lively conversation from fellow patrons. A solid 10/10 experience all around!“
“Was looking for a change of food so decided to try Michael's. We ordered the Spicy Chicken Mississippi and The Soprano pizza. It was super fresh and delicious. Garlic on the pizza was perfect and the cream sauce on the pasta had just enough kick! Definitely ordering again!“
“I love this place so much! I've been coming here for over 2 years consistently, and have never been disappointed. The staff is sweet too.My favorites are the pizza, and the chicken parm and eggplant parm subs. I especially love the pizza with white sauce and top it with crispy eggplant, crispy chicken, and feta. Try it! All pizzas are 20% off on Sundays and Tuesdays.“
“Best pizza this side of the westfield River! Expensive but worth it. If your want a great Italian pie made with the best dough, sauce and cheese look no further. Sure you can save money elsewhere but I'm a man of quality over quanity.“
“Love this place ! The original Mario’s in the 80’s snd 90’s on State St in Springfield was one of our favorites ever and was so excited to see it reincarnated in East Longmeadow a few years back. It’s taken time to get it right but the food, friendly service and ambience is perfect. It’s full of regulars at the bar , which we love because it’s friendly , you can hear yourself talk , great live music 3 nights a week, Keno, just a fun time. And the dining room is very romantic .For sure our go to place !“
“My fiance and I went here for the very first time. He is a chef. He knows excellent food. The food is excellent, I had gotten the steak grinder with cheese mushrooms, and the bread was perfect, the steak was season perfect, and cooked perfect, my fiance had gotten the fish and chips.. fish was cooked perfect and seasoning perfect, and the french fries were nice and crunchy, the taste was perfect. We have to say this is the Best Place in Easthampton Massachusetts, to get any food. We have been back 3 times already. Now to the customer service, they are so friendly and inviting to talk too, just great people. The place is very clean. We love it here. Thank you for making our experience fantastic every time. Thank you, Linda & Ferdinand“
“OMG. I cannot wait to go back. EXCELLENT food, great menu and great service.Parking: It’s Northampton- parking everywhere is crazy. Expect it.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator access to second floor. There are 2 steps to enter the building.“
“We ate at De Nardo's on a Saturday evening. I had spaghetti with meatballs and my wife had the grilled chicken salad. Both were very generously portioned. We could not eat It all ( I think that my portion was the equivalent of a full box of spaghetti, and a large basket of bread accompanied our meals). Our service was good; our waitress was friendly. There are photographs on the walls and this place has a family vibe. They serve good basic food that is well prepared, it was not busy, we could take our time to eat, and it "hit the spot" on a cold night. This restaurant is a nice choice for evenings when you want to eat a leisurely "comfort food" type Italian dinner. We look forward to returning.“
“Wondered by this place while working on a project in the area and stopped in for a quick bite. I had the lobster roll and it was phenomenal. Huge chunks of lobster on a delicious, fresh roll. There is an attached bakery where I had some of the best amaretto cookies I've ever tasted. I was o impressed I went back for 3 days and bought trays of cookies for all of my clients in the area. This is a must do if you are in the area.“
“I love this shop, just truly wish the chefs understood extra. When you're paying more money for an ingredient you should get it. I shouldnt have to put emphasis on actually giving me my moneya worth. This happens all the time and I just don't get it.“
“Village pizza has great food. But what sets them apart is that they really know their customers. If I call up for delivery they already know my name. Address. Form of payment without me saying anything. They even know my typical order and that I want them to call me when they get to my building so I can be at the door. Also. They are always on time with deliveries. I’m a huge fan of the place.“
“Ordered the Caprese, New England Combo, and the Amherst pizzas. All pizzas were of good quality and very tasty. The ordering process via their website was straightforward, and the delivery was prompt, with the pizzas arriving hot. A reliable option for anyone in the mood for a good pizza.“
