We got a 16" pepperoni pizza for takeout and it was great. We will be back.

My boyfriend was in town for a couple of weeks and I had been on the search for a New York style pizza. I took him to a few places, even Regina's, but nope he didn't like any until we came to Giorgio's on his last day here. He took his first bite of a slice of pepperoni and joy came over him, he'd found his perfect NY slice in Massachusetts. The perfect crisp crust, and ratio of sauce to cheese, this pizza is pretty epic. I'm so thankful we've found our go to spot!!

Best pizza I've had in MA. Owner was very friendly and personable, I felt like I was going to dinner at my grandparents house. We will definitely be back :)

They use an online ordering system but don't get the orders? Even after sorting through all that, and waiting for the order, our food was lukewarm at best - we live less than a mile away. It's too bad. They have all the ingredients, just not good at executing.

So glad we finally found Giorgio's! Been in Hudson for a few years now and did the rounds but since we found Giorgio's we'll never switch. Owned by such a nice couple who always like to have a quick chat while you're there. It's definitely not the cheapest pizza shop around but they don't skimp on the ingredients either. Crust has good crisp with a little doughiness to it and the chicken parm subs are awesome.

Was in the area and just needed some pizza. Service is excellent and pizza was great. Clean and well kept space. Owner is kind and attentive. Garlic bread is awesome.

Simple place to get a simple bite. Got a sub, tasted good. Older kind gentleman owns the place. It’s mostly a take out place because the inside is very simple.

My husband (who is first-generation Italian-American) and I have long sought, and long been disappointed, with the so-called "pizza" offerings in the area. At last we have found Giorgio's, now our pizza go-to for authenticity and deliciousness. The crust is just right in terms of texture and thinness. The cheese is mozzarella! Not mozzarella cut with a blend of other cheaper no-name cheeses. It's not inexpensive, but for what you get in comparison with other local pizzerias at a similar price point, IMO it's worth it. By the way, the antipasto salad was also very good. LOTS of toppings (a variety of traditional Italian cured meats, provolone cheese, pepperoncini). The one drawback was no olives --- which are listed in the description and a standard part of antipasto (and my husband's favorite!). Overall, I strongly encourage all pizza lovers out there to patronize Giorgio's. The other sub-par and inauthentic pizza places only survive because there is no alternative. Now there is one! Mangia bene!

Today was the first time I’ve ever had Giorgio’s pizza and it is hands down the best pizza in Hudson. I met the owners and they were very friendly and kind. I will definitely be coming back to this place again, I highly recommend !

Honestly I feel bad writing this review, simply because the age and misery of the 2 people working behind the counter. Part of me is sympathetic for their age, but how unpleasant they were justifies this. We ordered 2 small pizzas, a small tuna sub, and chicken finger dinner it was $60 and there were 3 strips of bacon on the pizza. No one enjoyed their food it was disgusting and thrown out. I definitely will never be back here.

I ordered 2 pizzas one large pepperoni and peppers and onions and a medium pizza with pepperoni, I ordered on line when I got there the order wasn’t ready they hadn’t made them yet so I waited for a little while because they were slammed so to make it up to me they made the medium pizza into a large and gave me a free cheese pizza because of the mix up. And plus I love the pizza there?

Please save your money and skip this pizza place. It cost almost $72 for two adults and kids. The meatball sub was disgusting. I mean my 8 year old daughter couldn't eat it. My husband tried it, he said it was gross and slimy. The pizza was so greasy I couldn't watch my other daughter eat it. My husband got the Caesar salad with grilled chicken and the chicken was burnt in some spots. My caprese salad was the only edible meal. With drinks and two bags of chips it was almost $72! The restaurant was smoky and not nice at all.
