“Priority, let people know that to get to Nosh you need to go around the back of the building while there is construction going on at the MassMutual Center! There is a back alley way off Harrison Avenue. I felt like I was inside of an oak tree when I walked into Nosh. A big welcoming table takes up most of the space, making it a bit tight when waiting during a lunch rush, but there was comfortable room to sit or stand still. Also some good tables outside with live music. I had the tuna salad and rally enjoyed the quality of the bread. The three bean salad was also yummy!! I would recommend the iced London fog, I've only ever had those hot and now I like the cold one more.“

“We have been here to eat many times when visiting our daughter at UMass! We make a trip at least one morning for breakfast. Great options, including gluten free breads, I love getting French Toast with these breads. Friendly servers and Mike is always pleasant to chat with. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area.“

It amazed me at the level of customer service he provided during our initial call. The great customer service didn’t stop with him. Krystal handled the next few steps in the ordering and delivery process. Not only was Krystal polite and easy to work with, she was kind and patient. The food was nothing short of delicious. However, the taste of the food is only half of the battle. The other half is how you treat your customers. You can have mouth watering food and poor customer service and you will be my last choice, if one at all. I will choose the Northern Soul Cafe EVERY TIME! “Been here twice now and it's been great! We used to drive by all the time and never thought twice. We actually thought it was a catering business and didn't realize it was a restaurant. We've hit it at pretty good times because we've never had to wait. It is small but the waitstaff absolutely hustle. It feels like I'm in someone's home and the food matches that energy. Good, simple, home cooked no nonsense food. Pastries are awesome too! We've had pancakes, scrambles and egg sandwich's and all have been great. Looking forward to another visit!“
