“I recently got catering for the first time from Frankie’s. It was absolutely excellent and everyone loved it! Frankie was more than generous and gave us tons of food so everybody took home leftovers. I got nothing but positive feedback. Their pizza and other food is also excellent as well. I live right down the street and the place is always busy. Definitely one of the best places for a pizza and Italian food in the area! Frankie and everybody who works there is also extremely nice. I 100% recommend you check it out if you haven’t already!!!”

“I was already craving Jersey Mikes the other day but then saw a post last night of the owner supporting his employee that was celebrating 1 year sobriety and donating to the cause. I happened to be in Longmeadow for my sons practice the same night I saw it… and although not the day some proceeds will go to the cause, I must say, it was the click that said “get jersey mikes tonight” ? I just find that to be so wholesome and empathetic of the owner to recognize his employee for this accomplishment and be publicly vocal & proud about it. The employees have always been top notch for a “fast food” joint. I’ve always been impressed by the friendliness. I think this store is really well run by what I’ve seen and I obviously love love love the food! Just earned enough points for a free sub, so I will be back again soon. ?”

“Do you ever just need a good old fashioned American hamburger? I’ve always loved this place, but the other day my grandson and I were taken care of by the lovely Savana. Her attention to detail, with my grandsons gluten allergy, and eagerness to make our night special, was beyond incredible. We will be coming back, and asking for Savana!”

“Just went there for dinner tonight and it was the best Asian cuisine I’ve ever had. We got the Crystal Shrimp Dumplings, Sesame Chicken, and the vegetable Lo-Mein. Also had a lychee martini. Everything was fantastic! The service was excellent. All the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is great, very nice and clean throughout the restaurant. 10/10, highly recommended. Must try if you visit the Holyoke Mall!

“Just tried Miracle Shakes. Amazing! Friendly owner and DELICIOUS shake and smoothie! Never had a protein shake that I couldn’t taste the protein. This tasted exactly like ice cream! Can’t say enough! Go try! You won’t be disappointed!”

“We were in town for a convention. We were a group of 16. I worked with Chris to set up a menu for our group. He was amazing! He made all the right suggestions and the food was delicious. We had a 9 year old in the group and Chris made sure that he had exactly what he wanted. The evening was terrific. Service and food was superb. We would definitely go back if we are in town again. “On the way to a vacation in Cape Cod, we stopped at a different location of this restaurant for lobster rolls. On the way back, we stopped at their Ludlow rest-stop location on the Mass Pike. Although I love their lobster roll, I decided to try something different. I ordered the tuna sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, and hot pepper relish. I also took advantage of the offer of adding chips and a bottled soft drink for a very reasonable upcharge. The tuna salad was made using white albacore tuna and, with the fresh toppings, it was delicious. The roll was also a step up from the normal sub roll. As a final note, the service was excellent.”

“My family went here today for the Thanksgiving Buffet (this was my first time ever not cooking for Thanksgiving and going out to eat) The food, the atmosphere and the service was absolutely amazing. I honestly can’t believe all the different food and variety that was there. Sylvia was also there and made everyone feel at home. When I left Sylvia wished us a happy Thanksgiving and gave me a big hug. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant.”
