“What an amazing restaurant in the most ideal location in Lowell. Today was my first time having entered the beautiful location and had take out. I can without a doubt state that my husband and I will be coming in and be patrons because of the friendly service, unique style, and most definitely the fresh ingredients used in their menu. Thank you for helping me on a stressful day and so happy I finally came in!”
“I hosted an event in The Old Court's function room this week, and I could not recommend it more highly. Finbarr and his team were so helpful and kind in the planning process and the day of the party. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food we ordered was delicious (special mention to the potato skins). Cole was our bartender upstairs, and he was quick, friendly, and helpful, making sure everyone had a good experience and that we had what we needed at the end of the night. I would absolutely use the function space again, and will be back for meals in the meantime. Thank you!!”
“The service is prompt, courteous, and attentive! The drinks are creative and presented well. The food? You MUST go there to experience the amazing profile and range of flavors in these dishes. From the appetizers, to the entrees, and even the desserts, you will be blown away! The $1 oysters (Blue Point, Hello?) are freshly shucked and served with chontaduro sauce (native Colombian fruit) that is sweet, tart, spicy, and VERY addictive. The menu changes seasonally, which always makes me wonder what tantalizing dishes the chef will come up with next! The patacones, empanadas, and chicken wings (sweet or SPICY) are always top notch. The SPICY wings, in particular, are the BEST I've ever had, and I've had plenty! A special shout out to any dish featuring pork belly. The way it's prepared (crispy but not burned) makes it a welcome component in any entree or appetizer, whether it's the star ingredient or a supporting role. Finally, a special request for the chef: PLEASE bring back the baby back ribs (with the AMAZING Panela syrup)! Panela, in my opinion, is THE go-to restaurant in Lowell for anyone looking for a unique tasting experience, as well as top notch service.”
“The best. The food is fantastic and authentic. I have been coming here every year when in Chelsea since 2021 for either lunch or dinner. I have never been disappointed!! If in Chelsea, MA -- give it a try!!”

“This restaurant has fantastic traditional Greek food and a very welcoming atmosphere. The only question we had as we left was why had it been so long between visits!?”
“this was my favorite place before and cant wait to get back. just found out open again.”

“Food was excellent!!! Vee and his wife are so dedicated to their craft. They make a variety of dishes. We tried many -all were delicious! We enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely make the trip back. Street parking is available-the posted signs say 8-5 m-f (or something like that). So easy for evening and weekends!”
“they were so kind! I came in 30 mins before closing with out realizing until I started eating my meal. They didn't rush me at all. I did leave prior to closing. I appreciate the good food and friendly atmosphere and kind staff. thank you! -Megan and service dog zorro”
“Oh My Gods! This place! Came here with a friend who has celiacs and what a find. The food is incredibly flavorful, the portions are amazing, the Lavender coffee is amazing, and the current soup of the day is Chefs kiss!! Amazing, overall I recommend it to everyone!! Will most certainly be returning.”
“We were headed to a wedding and needed a place for breakfast. We made a reservation day before and 15 people were graciously accommodated. The manager Kelly and our waitress Deb were awesome. They made us feel very welcomed as our party arrived and throughout our meal. Very friendly and the service was great. Constantly checking to be sure we didn’t need for anything. The food was delicious with a great variety to choose from. Would highly recommend
Vegetarian options: I am vegetarian and had no problem ordering
Dietary restrictions: They were very accommodating by substituting one item for another
Parking: No issue. Place was busy but no problem parking. Parking out front or in an adjacent lot
Kid-friendliness: 1 1/2 year old with us. Got her food out before everyone. Waitress chatted with her and even sang her “ these boots were made for walking “ when she saw little cowboy boots she just received”

“Great! Sometimes my wife and I are craving excellent sandwiches but they are far and few between for places to choose from.
I'm glad we found this place online and I decided to take a quick drive from Dracut to grab us some sandwiches. The sandwiches were excellent, the staff was super friendly, the place was practically spotless and nicely laid out for you to sit and enjoy your meal or just hang out and shoot the breeze.
Everyone that was dressed professionally, everyone was courteous and the food spoke for itself.
I forgot to mention that the prices are excellent as well, they were about 5 to 6 dollars cheaper than I would have thought they would have been per sandwich. I will 100% be back to try others”

“Getting this out of the way, service and atmosphere are probably the best I've ever had in an all you can eat style restaurant. The food was also amazing - except for the sushi. The first time we went, the sushi was awesome! But the second time, the rice was slightly undercooked and it had little or no rice vinegar. I assume it was an outlier since the rest of the food was hands down amazing, and the sushi rice thing only happened once. That's why I'm still giving it 5 stars for food as well. If the sushi was indeed a one off, I would go so far as to say that this is probably the best all you can eat Japanese restaurant I've been to, and I've been to many! Overall, even if the sushi was indeed not a mistake, I have to say that the quality of the rest of the food, and the environment, are more than sufficient to justify the low price we ended up paying (a hair over 20$ per person during the day). I particularly recommend the dumplings which I suspect are handmade (and all you can eat! Wild huh?)
If anyone comes here and sees this, please lmk if your experience with the sushi was similar to my first one or my second one!
Another note: the restaurant was mostly empty both times, which I think is a travesty. If you're in the area, I would highly recommend you visit!
One more final note: as far as all you can eat Japanese restaurants go, this one is pretty vegetarian friendly!!
Vegetarian options: So there are some vegetarian options. Both sushi and otherwise. You can ask to remove meat from dishes and rolls and again, it's very affordable. If everyone is vegetarian, this is still a solid option, but I might try an Indian buffet instead.”
“We got a pizza here which pretty much had "everything on it". They have a name for it on the menu, but I forget exactly what it's called. It was quite good, and not a ripoff considering how much toppings were on it. Unlike some other pizzerias in the area that may or may not start with a "Z" in their name.”
“so so good, been wanting to try and now we need to come back and try more. service and food was outstanding”
“My daughter in law’s lovely large Khmer family really wanted to go to this restaurant! We drove from Ny and the other family members flew in from CA and drove from CT. The food was fantastic and quite flavorful. We got a real smorgasbord of various dishes that we all enjoyed. My favorites were the Khmer chicken wings-outstanding crunch and flavor (I like them better than Buffalo wings), and my absolute favorite, lemongrass chicken. Every other dish was amazing, too. We certainly want to go back here!”

“Two years ago I switched my allegiance from Haute Coffee in Concord, MA to Nibbana Cafe in Lowell. While the coffee at Haute is indeed very good (Counter Culture beans, not local), I find the staff there a bit impersonal. Seating is also quite limited. Nibbana has equally good coffee (if not better, which is really saying something), provided by Tiny Arms, a local roaster. There is plenty of seating and parking at their location at Western Avenue Studios. The coffee is generally light-to-medium roast and they offer an array of interesting, unusual coffee drinks (I only drink espresso, straight, so I can't comment on those). At the time of this review, they have been cranking out lots of new food items. The staff is extremely friendly, always offering a welcoming smile and an enthusiastic "Enjoy!" when I pick up my order. The owners truly live by what Buddhists call "right living". They are very community-focused, and it shows. If you haven't checked out Nibbana, you're really missing out on a special place.”

“If you're anything like me, most experiences with Indian food and restaurants fall into the bad or avoid category. I figured, okay, it's a fusion restaurant and I should give one of the fusion dishes a try. I was shocked to find that the Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza was both a good dish, and a decent pizza. The best way to describe it is mildly spicy (a bit of a slow burner), with obvious Indian inspiration that still tasted like a good pizza. I'm not saying it's like a pineapple pizza, but if you're adventurous enough to try pineapple pizza, give this one a shot. Trying their strictly American chicken tenders, they were average. A bit bland, but the sauce helps. If you like tenders, you won't be wowed or offended by this offering. I've only dined once, but they seem like they might have more to offer. I'd both recommend it, but also think I shouldn't be the only review. I've only tried them once.”

“We got 2 large platters (one hot and one raw) for 4 adults. WoW. That was a lot of food. The presentation was beautiful, one on a boat and the other on a bridge. The pieces were huge and very fresh. A lot of different combinations to try. The waitstaff was so nice. Highly recommend!”
“My friend's car broke down there they actually came out and help me try to get it started unfortunately could not be started they let him you were there overnight talk about good people Green Street that have good ownership service excellent food I'm just overall good experience no complaints whatsoever seven-and-a-half Stars please”

“Met some friends there today and turns out it's a great spot to sit and chat. Food was excellent - had an avocado toast caprese style. And a nice hot tea. Service was excellent even though it was really busy. The woman who worked the counter had a nice positive friendly attitude throughout our time there. The staff helped me out of a jam when I left something there - they went above and beyond for me. Many thanks - love this place! ⭐️”
“Golden Tea is honestly a hole in the wall. I tried it for the first time with no expectations since Lowell is filled with boba shops, but I am pleasantly surprised at how good the drinks are and now I am addicted 🌝 The jasmine milk tea is just so good, and pairing it with their boba which is just the right amount of chewiness makes the drink all the more tastier. Their Golden Fruit Tea is also very refreshing, not too citrusy, not too sweet, a very good mix. And of course I had to try a drink from their Butterfly series because HELLO blue tea!!! We got the Lychee Lemon Butterfly and it’s so good. Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu 🤣 also the shop itself is so aesthetically pleasing.”
“Went for the first time today. Oh my gosh! The variety of old fashioned artisan donuts and other pastries, made fresh there daily; and presented in a beautiful glass display case; brought me back to when I was a kid…. So good! Coupled with great coffee, barista beverages and other food (e.g. egg sandwiches, ascai bowls, etc); this is a “don’t miss” destination.”
“This place is the definition of a HIDDEN GEM. My boyfriend and I wanted to grab a quick bite after the gym and we came across El Bunker on Google. When we walked in we were greeted by Camilla who is the sweetest! She was making Pão de Quiejo and they were AMAZING. (even better than fogo de chao in my opinion)We both got the Cuban sandwich which was so yummy. The bread was toasted and the garlic sauce really made the sandwich. I also got the guava shake and it was delicious and my boyfriend got a coffee with condensed milk which he loved. This place deserves more recognition for the quality of food and service they provide. Definitely will be visiting more!”
“I just want to say I order both app and through drive thru. Both are always done as quickly as possible, even when there's a long line. It's the only Dunkin's I'll go to because I know my drinks will always be done correctly. Also I want to give a huge shout out to the crew who works in the afternoon/evening. They are always extremely friendly and so kind. Usually always the same workers, so I look forward to getting my drinks from them. I hope they get some recognition for their great customer service!”
“First off, parking's limited, I think it's only what you see in front of the shop. Secondly, the turnaround of orders felt really slow (only a couple when I arrived around 930pm). Then saw a few people with take out orders. I'm glad I brought comics with me (asked the waiter if I could go get it while I waited for churros - read later). The vibe I got was if I were in Colombia, this is the cafe style with no windows with their music playing I expect to see and dine in.
Now, if you had their food when they were a food truck, same food fare except now they serve drinks! I enjoyed the Caipirinha more, the surplus of lime makes it a spiked Sprite. The Mamasita lemon flavor was pretty good, too. I appreciate that they have a TV with a rotation of food/drink options for people who have know clue what items are. The Butifarra had a nice little heat to it, wish they had a fork or knife instead of a toothpick to let some of the hot air out. Had the Monster Burger during their truck days, love that it has cheese, eggs, bacon and the bacon patty. For dessert, I wanted churros, but the waitress forgot, so I got through half my comic before I asked about it. Waiter came back and asked how many orders of it did I ask for, 1 or 3, told them I only ordered 1. Turns out, churros came out as single or 3 at once, so I ended up with only 1 churro. Even with the limited parking, slow service and communication, I am hopeful.”
“My family and I have been ordering here for at least 15 years and have never had bad food. We normally get the family platters and I'll go pick up. One time they forgot to put crab Rangoon in the bag and had their driver bring me 2 orders of it no extra charge. The bad reviews here have me really confused. This places quality is better than most, and the price per portion beats the rest of lowell”
“The best food ever. This place is a hidden gem. I love their grilled fish, half chicken, lamb shank, although everything is great, these are my 3 favorite items. Spacious, very clean and quiet place, great to dine in with family/kids.”

“We ordered takeout. Curry fish and aver a seafood rice dish. Delicious and great value! The rice portion is huge, so make sure you ask for a visual estimation of volume to not waste food. We got the regular portion, ate far more rice than expected because of the yummy sauce, but only finished half.”
“Rizzo’s is my go to place for takeout. They have a wide variety to choose from. Their food is very good, and the delivery service is fast and friendly. The last couple of times,I got a surprise with my orders. The piece of chocolate cake this time was very much appreciated. Love Rizzo’s.”
“Oh my! We asked our front desk clerk at our hotel , Sonesta Select, for a good place to eat. Before I could finish the sentence she told me Cameo Diner. Holy Smokes! I am so very glad I asked! Wonderful food, excellent service, fair prices, quintessential Boston. It’s really is like Cheers! Everyone knew everyone and made you feel like they knew you, as well! If you are in Lowell, do yourself a favor and eat here! We had breakfast and like I said absolutely amazing place to eat.”
“I must say, I was on a sushi binge that week and Sian takes the cake! The portions were good for me, as well as the price. There's a bit of a wait time because she was the only person working when I was there. There's no Coke products, but there's a market next door if you really need it. I went with Thai Tea. The tables have packets of soy sauce instead of bottles.
Piang's Special is my current favorite because it was surprisingly refreshing and you can feel every cool bite of crab meat in it. Huge fan of salmon, so I went with the Salmon Rainbow. Nothing much to write about, but did have a little trouble keeping the bottom from breaking apart. Also, I LOVE the very generous portion of ginger, but should ease up on the wasabi. Maybe a squirt on each plate and more upon request? It was fun seeing how much I could handle (3/4). She also gave me eel sauce and mayo on the side, but more than enough on the dishes, so I didn't partake. Really appreciate a decent sushi spot within walking distance. The hours varies, but if I see it opened, I'm popping in again!”
“Great food, I do like traditional food that tastes traditional, the decoration is very nice, reflecting the Colombian-Latino roots with elegance. Highly recommend”
“Come check out Koto Asian Fusion Lowell the city's newest restaurant and bar with live events and music!”
“Great spot to grab tonkotsu and miso ramen in the Merrimack Valley. Their crispy chicken bao is my favorite item in the menu. Drinks are okay - their Mai Tai is more typical of what you get at an old school Chinese restaurant and not a true cocktail bar, basically a mix of fruit juice and rum instead of rums, Curaçao, orgeat, and lime. If that's what you're looking for you'll love it.
The service is friendly, prompt, and the last time we visited the waitress was doubling as hostess and managing it all well with frequent table check-ins. There was live music on our last visit, and the quality was also high.
It's a reliable date spot, and one I'll return to again and again.
Parking: No dedicated parking lot, you either street park or park around the corner a 2 minute walk away at the large paid garage near the cotton mill museum.”
“I was excited to try this new restaurant downtown and I was blown away by the quality of the service and how amazing the food was. I will definitely be coming back!”

“Wings and spring rolls were delicious. Best wings I've ever had. No prices on menu, only photos of dishes. Asked ahead of ordering. Overcharged by $12. Mentioned and a portion of charge removed. Too lazy to argue any further. Will go back, but making sure of prices by asking wait staff to write it down.”
“I never comment or post about a restaurant, however since eating here I cannot stop thinking about it. Friendly staff, amazing drinks, and live music that was good and not so loud you couldn’t hear the staff or other members in your party speaking. The jerk chicken alone is enough of a reason to visit this place. I highly recommend Sahel to anyone, even if it’s just for drinks and an appetizer.”

“Nothing stood out from my experience, which is expected for a Chinese buffet.
The place is brightly lit. Despite being packed on a Sunday, it did not feel too crowded with just enough space between tables.
The service was ok. Even though I had to ask for my water refills every time but they were coming back and forth frequently so it was not an issue for me.
The food has hits and misses. The pepper shrimp and the pork cutlets were highlights. The crawfishes were big but had no taste at all. Other dishes were mediocre.
Be aware that they automatically add a 15% tip even though it was only me dining. I always tip 20% at least but because they gave themselves tips without permission I just left it that way. Will probably come back if I’m bored with places closer to me.”
