The pork belly was still crispy, the mushrooms were savory, the noodles had an excellent chew, and the broth was something I wish I could bottle and save forever.The roasted duck bao bun was similarly delicious with a slight sweetness and a slow building heat that kicked things off perfectly. “I'd prefer the pizza more well done, but you get lots of toppings for your money - at least with the grilled bbq and Buffalo chicken. It's perfect if you throw it in the oven for a few more minutes to crisp it up a bit. But if you like a floppier pizza, you'll love it!“
