RUDEST MANAGER DARLENE!! Screamed at my girlfriend and had her in TEARS when she asked a simple question. I will be filing complaints with corporate and will explore every single avenue to make she is held accountable!!!! So disrespectful!!!!!
RUDEST MANAGER DARLENE!!!! Had my girlfriend in tears, crying hysterically after Darlene SCREAMED at her for asking a simple question. I am sympathetic to retail/food service workers because I know how much WE all went through during the pandemic but you don't SCREAM at people. She deserves to be held accountable and my girlfriend deserves an apology. AWFUL experience

This is my 3rd time here since visiting and every time I come in the manager is at a table talking with the same woman. The 1st day she was at a table sitting talking and it was busy, I waited for 10 minutes for my bagel while she was talking to the lady in the door I was like hello.. Today I saw the same lady leaving and by the time I got to the door the manager was outside at her car.
