The guy preparing my food was awesome and courteous. I wish I got his name. The cashier was annoying but friendly. Panera never disappoints regarding food and beverages. Service was quick and correct during the lunch rush hour.

A long time ago I liked going to Panera because the food appeared to be on the slightly healthier side and the prices were reasonable. This time I had a steak and horseradish cheddar sandwich. It was $14 and was lacking in all aspects (taste, quality, quantity). If you go to a mom & pop sandwich shop, you'll NEVER pay $14 for a sandwich, and you might even have some leftovers! I also don't like that their trying to replace cashiers with kiosks.If you like being ripped off...then go to Panera.

I'm tired of this franchise smaller portions and higher prices .I used to enjoy this restaurant, but I'm done with Panera

Very very confused by the negative reviews. I must have the best luck in the world! I have never had a bad experience here. I've eaten in, ordered to go, grabbed quick pickup from the shelf from online order, and had multiple catering orders as well. My most recent experiences were with catering. I ordered two big garden salads both times for a group of 20 at work lunch. Orders were correct and delicious. Very fresh salad ingredients, crisp lettuce, etc. and tons of yummy dressing and baguette slices. I requested no utensils but they did include them. That was literally the only thing wrong with the order. And we ended up using the plastic ware they sent anyway, so wasn't a problem!

The menu that I wanted to try was out of order, I ordered mango smoothy and paid 6.69 before tax, but it was in a small cup (like tall size in Starbucks or looks smaller than that). I expected a bigger size than that. I was only going here bc they were the only one who opened after 8 pm on Sunday night. I don't think I would ever order smoothy with them.
