I am writing to provide an update on my review. The Management reached out to me the next day and were very apologetic. They offered to refund the meal or provide a gift card. Unfortunately due to my schedule I was unable to follow up with them however I was very happy that they reached out. Kudos to Evviva Trattoria!!!!!!
Good food and the price was right but I don't like being served by a server who doesn't care. I think she was the bartender. Tired of businesses who don't care about their customers. They have an excellent business model, but short on follow through.

LOVE Everything about every experience I have here. Their staff is AMAZING!! Especially their main bar tender Sarah, GM- JR, and sever/bartender Tim! Food is ALWAYS hot, ready, and hits the spot every time!! ABSOLUTELY Recommend!
