Since then, I’ve been getting bowls from here at least once a month. They seamlessly meld Asian flavors into healthy bowls without a lot of compromises.My favorite bowl is their signature Braised Pork Belly Bowl, which features three substantial chunks of tender pork belly. It also comes with cabbage slaw, and pickled daikons and carrots that helps tone down the greasiness with their tangy, refreshing crunch. “First of all, I can't believe we waited so long to go back to this place, since we live less than half a mile away. This is such a unique place in Chinatown, with very creative (and well made) cocktails and a menu for just about anyone's palate. After seeing a segment on TV, I really wanted to try the burger and it might be one of the top 5 burgers I've ever had (and I have had thousands). The Bao bun is just so good, as was the sauce and the pickles. Top it off with a side of duck fat fries and you have the perfect burger. We were there on a Monday night around 6:45 and the place was packed. The bar too. No pictures but I wish I had. Will definitely be back to try more of the menus.“

The Mala Wok here is much better than the ones from Mala Restaurant right across the street, the portion is a bit smaller than Mala Restaurant, but flavor wise, was much better. The beef pot was also great, though not as good as Kung Fu Mala which is also across the street. I speak Cantonese and so do the staffs there, and they were extremely friendly and nice. Definitely should check this place out, extremely underappreciated, will definitely come back to try other items on their menu. 10/10“
“This was my first visit to any Happy Lamb location. The meat selection and fish/veggie selection, I thought were pretty decent/sizable. I wasn’t a big fan of their spicy broth, not because of the spice level (yum) but because the broth had a granular texture which wasn’t pleasant. I was disappointed with their sauce station, it was incredibly limited as compared to other AYCE hot pot spots. The service and price of the meal overall was pretty decent.“

“This place is well known for sushi and takeout food. If you haven't tried the eat-in experience, I recommend it. The eat-in feels slightly elevated, though the only negative to it is that it is so small inside and the staff has nowhere to be except for the bar, which can feel a bit like crowding (not their fault, it just is what it is). We specifically came for the duck, which we have had in the past. This time, we got the mango crispy duck, and it was A+, just perfectly cooked and crispy yet tender. We also got spicy dumplings, which was a special. We loved them. In addition, we had the lo mein, which was fair. It seemed a bit oily for my tastes and lacked flavor. The scallion pancakes were fine, but served with a soy based sauce and not a plum sauce, which isn't typical around here. The cheese Rangoon (crab) was ok too. Overall, I can say for certain we will be back for that duck and the sushi (didn't have it this time, but consistently some of the best around). The drinks are also well made.“

“Mi Soul is a great miso soup ramen, the pork is esp tender and generous.Ten Yum was solid, very simple(just noodle and shrimp) and was mild/medium spicy.Poke was good, fish was very clean tasting, and a good amount of rice. I only wish they had spicy mayo as an option, more Seaweed or furikake for crispyness, and a little more cabbage to go with the large amount of rice. Great to have the option given the other poke spots are about a mile away.“

I usually just stick to 2 or 3 of my go to rolls there. Rainbow roll, spicy tuna and the torched roll. “We had a lovely waitress who was very attentive for lunch on Thursday, March 28th and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal of Boneless Short Ribs (Galbi), Boneless Chicken with a pesto sauce (Dak Galbi), Thin Sliced Beef Brisket (Chadolbagi), Short steak (jumulleok), Flank Steak (Chimasal), and vegetables, such as zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, and other veggies. We started with miso soup that was excellent, a large salad that we shared with horseradish dressing, and a bowl of rice. The Korean BBQ uses charcoal which gives the meat a more authentic flavor. The meat was thinly sliced and marinated before cooking. Korean BBQ grills are designed to be used indoors, and when the grill started getting pieces of food stuck, our waitress, removed the grill and gave us a new grill. There were three sauces to enjoy with the meat which were teriyaki, ponzu, and spicy sauce. We very much enjoyed the experience, and spent two hours enjoying our meal. My colleague is from Seoul, and she knows an authentic barbecue restaurant, and I chose the restaurant because of all the positive reviews. We will be back again! Against all odds and expectations, it has gone from a really good spot to an even better, great restaurant. We had a Christmas party and they kindly arranged the sushi on two big platters for us and also made sure the Uber Eats driver knew to be careful with our order because the sushi could easily move around inside the platters before it reached our house.
