“Food and service are great. Kind of a divey vibe, but a clean divey vibe. It's bar/pub food. Nothing fancy but everything is delicious! The waitstaff is very friendly and accommodating. Bar patrons are down to earth and seem to spend a lot of time there. They have fun music bingo and live music some evenings.“

“Great Irish pub with very friendly staff and patrons. The type of place people will move over to help you get a seat. I watched 2 strangers at a 4 top invite 2 people that were waiting for a table to sit with them. The atmosphere was great. It is kid friendly. There was live music playing on a Sunday afternoon. Just the right level so you could talk and not yell. My daughter and I each started with a Shirley Temple. I'm a big kid at heart. For an appetizer we each got a cup of their creamy, buttery, thick and absolutely delicious clam chowder! My daughter got the baha burger. She really liked it. The fries were crisp with a nice spice. I had a stuffed quohog, this was served hot with butter and lemon. This was so good. I had the garlic parmesan chicken wings. These were crispy, juicy on the inside, and the flavors were delicious! Some of the best I've had. The entire time the staff was attentive and friendly. Definitely worth checking out!“

“We frequent Cook at least once a week. It’s our favorite place in Needham. The staff, the food, the atmosphere never disappoints. Although the entire staff is tremendous, we especially enjoy when Anderson is on the bar. He’s beyond friendly and always attentive. He makes a flawless drink with his rhythmic shaker!! “My wife and I had dinner last Friday. We both ordered fish and chips. The last visit we had chicken parm. The food is always good. The prices are surprisingly low. The daily specials are a really great value. Tried the fried eggplant sticks and they were awesome. This is a neighborhood restaurant with a large bar on one side and a family restaurant on the other side. Something for everyone.“

“Anthony's on the Green is a true town gem. My family have enjoyed dining there for years. Nice to sit on the outdoor porch. We have been to several events there, but most recently a ran a fundraiser. Mike and his team are amazing to work with. So accommodating, quick response, and the kindest people. I would recommend Anthony's on the Green for a meal, or an event. Thanks Mike!!“
