This morning I was greeted by a very friendly and conscientious staff member, Makia, who proceeded to create my smoked salmon bagel sandwich. Much to my chagrin (wait for it) they were out of capers! She kindly apologized profusely for not having capers in stock and asked if I would prefer another type of sandwich. I told her, no it was okay. Thanksgiving hours posted on the door. We show up two hours before closing to a locked door. But there are people eating inside. Finally, we get the attention of one of those customers who sends over an employee. We're told they "don't have anything" and unless we had ordered ahead, they're not letting anyone else in.Called the store in VFW Parkway to see if it was the same situation over there. Ordered the bacon, avocado, and tomato and it was tasty. However in the photo it didn’t really depict that it had a red sauce on it and that was not expected and remotely disappointing.Wife had a smoked salmon salmon bagel and it was amazing.Great service, decent coffee.All in all good spot.
