“Tastier than Nu Do Society that used to be at this location. This is basically a Thai soup restaurant. I've had Tom Yum so many times and theirs is possibly the most flavorful. I'm admittedly no expert on the boat noodle soup, but the one with the pork meatball was delicious, as was the meatball. The service is good, too. The stools are uncomfortable.“

Ola Greek Yeeros are under new management and they are taking things to the next level!The gyros are now made from scratch (with lots of love) and everything from the rice (made with a little bit or orzo) and the fresh delicious chicken and pork meat in their gyros, salads, and rice bowls has been upgraded!Inside tip: ask for their “mustard sauce” it’s so good on a gyro!Not that anything was wrong with the old owners, but the new ones are really bringing something special to this place! “I went on a business trip last week and tried Tao Xiaoyan's Sichuan cuisine. It was really delicious. It's the ceiling of Sichuan cuisine. The pickled fish is sour and spicy, the dry pot sausage is crispy and goes well with rice. Endless aftertaste! I will come again next time I go on a business trip. I highly recommend it to everyone!“
“I've gotten poke from here a couple times now and I'm never disappointed! I usually build my own bowl and the fish is very fresh and in good sized-chunks. They have a good variety of toppings too. The first time I came in here I was having trouble deciding which sauce to get and the guy working the counter let me taste spoonfuls of them (so they go above and beyond). I've only ever gotten it to go but they have a bit of seating inside.“

And for a college student like me trying to pinch a few pennies, it felt really nice to only have to spend maybe $10 for such a luxurious meal. “This is a long overdue review since I first ate at Grasshopper when they opened in the late 90's and I quickly became a regular both for eat in and take-out. Fast forward to 2024 and it's a huge favorite for both my vegetarian and non-veg family members, kids and adults alike. My personal favorites are the delight soup and "beef" and broccoli dish with brown rice. We usually try a new dish in addition to our usual, and have yet to find one we don't like. With the generous servings and reasonable prices, we often buy a couple of extra meals to take home for leftovers. The staff is friendly, the ambiance is nothing special, but that's not why you eat at Grasshopper. I hope this place continues on for many many years to come.“

When I picked up the food it was ready early and the customer service was standout. They even had an employee carry it all to my car for me. The food was fantastic! I think this made an incredible difference and how awesome our food tasted. Service and atmosphere felt like you were in somebody’s home being served food as a guest. “A decent ramen spot in Harvard Square good for a quick meal.Overshadowed by other ramen options in the area, Menya Jiro hasn’t been under my radar for a while, but I recently took visits to take advantage of their weekday deals. All the appetizers I tried were great. The crispy chicken skin skewer, takoyaki, and shrimp tempura all delivered on expectations, offering great taste and value.However, the main courses don't quite follow through with the same impact. The beef curry don was a bit off-kilter in its proportions, with an imbalance between sauce, toppings, and rice.The Sakurajima ramen also failed to impress. The mixed pork and chicken broth lacked the rich, deep flavor, and while the chashu brought some smokiness to the dish, it couldn't quite elevate the overall mediocrity of the ramen.Menya Jiro also has weekday deals, such as free appetizers with an entrée on Mondays and Tuesdays and free desserts on Thursdays. This strategy, likely aimed at drawing in more customers on quieter days, added some appeal to my past two visits.In an area like Harvard Square, which isn't short on good ramen joints, Menya Jiro doesn't stand out as a top choice. The restaurant seems to have lost some of its initial allure and now sits in the shadow of more popular establishments. “This establishment is a must-visit if you are craving good pad thai. I've found myself ordering every variety they have to offer at once point or another. I've had a smattering of other dishes and they were all equally fresh, well-prepared, and tasty. I should really try more of the menu and see how well Lemon Thai pulls off other Thai staples, but the pad thai is so good I can't stop coming back to it, haha. “Please go here for Bahn Mi. Not only was the service great but the grilled beef Bahn Mi has to be the best I've had in a long time. The sandwich had enough spice to it that it wasn't over baring and the baguette was nice a flack. The woman that took my order was so nice and was able to get my food out quickly even though they had their lunch rush. I will defiantly be returning very soon. All the Thai iced tea was good too.“
“A safe place for a quick snack. The location appears clean and well organised. Many customers appear to use the loyalty program and order ahead. The window / counter is well planned for pre-orders. I had the soufflé which was better than average for fast food. If you are mindful of your diet, be careful of the tea. Many flavours were quite tasty; however, some "sugar free" had 130 calories. “Best pad see ew ever here!! They truly have the best most authentic Thai food here. I’ve had everything, I especially love their shumaii, gyoza, drunken noodles, pad see ew, pad kee mao. Everything I’ve gotten here is delicious and flavorful. The portions are amazing for the price. I’ve had dinner with friends inside too, it’s really peaceful and calm they are attentive and put the food out quickly. I love this place and couldn’t recommend it more.“

There have been times when dishes weren’t as good as we expected them to be, but for the most part their food is good.My favorite dishes are the vegetarian leek pie (it’s not really leek, it’s a vegetable called 韭菜, “chinese chives”), any dumplings, smoked taiwanese-style duck, moo shi, bean curd with green mustard, chinese squash with nagaimo, and pork and pickled napa hotpot.I like their eggplant with pork or basil, but sometimes there’s way too much oil (the eggplant will be swimming in oil soup). I also prefer my beef scallion pancake rolls with scallion inside, not leek, so I would keep that in mind if that’s a dish you order at other restaurants. Anyway, I recommend ordering different dishes to see what you like! Their menu is quite extensive.“

“I've ordered take-out here a few times and it has always been excellent! I recently ordered dinner for my family who unexpectedly dropped in and was able to get a range of meals and quickly as well. If you're not used to spice, their spice is a tad more than usual but I think it is excellent.Dietary restrictions: When asked about gluten for a Celiac family member they were able to let us know what to get and what to avoid very quickly!“

“What a wonderful variety and deli. The store is exceptionally clean with a wonderful variety of your last minute needs. The owner manager " Al" has was the original owner when he was the Tedeschi franchisee then the store was sold by corporate to 7/11 which was an abstract failure so Al bought back the store to reopen the Pit Stop deli and variety. They only use Boars head meats and all the salads are made fresh daily. The newest addition is their Fried chicken station which has amazing food. If you have any problem Al is the man to talk too and he will help you anyway he can. Great coffee and pastries in the am too. You will not be disappointed here. Grab a breakfast wrap or a burger for lunch. This place is a little gem.“

“Friends and I stopped by to grab a bite and witnessed a really beautiful moment! A child and their parent were in the store, and their Minnie balloon floated to the ceiling with no string attached. An employee named Victor tried to grab the balloon and when they couldn’t, Victor went to the back, grabbed a step stool and got the balloon down. Victor deserves some recognition!Maria gave us our food, 3 soups and sandwiches, and all were good.“
