Most of the workers are really friendly besides their grimey, scary looking manager who obviously hates her job but the workers make my drink right almost everytime.I seen this older worker get screamed at to spray bagel pans at 8:27 in the morning. “I was in the area for several days for a work event and I have to say, we kept coming back each morning to try something new because it was just so fantastic. I will mention that it was quite cold outside at the time and there was no seating available, but we were picking it up and taking it with us so it was not personally a thing that we were looking for.Over several days I tried their:Maple Braids - 5/5 right mixture of soft and chewy. Great texture great flavor.Boston Creme - 4/5 Good balance of sweet and tart, also fantastic texture.Old Fashioned Chocolate - 5/5 again all around good texture and flavor. It's a good choice if you want something more simple but still some morning chocolate.Everything Bagel 4/5 - was a bit messy as the everything topping easily fell off, but was very good. Cream Cheese is already added for you, and is the right amount to keep it flavorful and chewy without making it too soft.Breakfast Burrito 4/5 - was much larger than I originally thought it was going to be (which is not a problem at all) good choice of ingredients that gives it a great texture without being too much to clash.And my #1 choice being above and beyond one of the best jam/jelly filled donuts I've had is the Raspberry Bismark 10/5 fantastic in every way.When I'm in the area again I will definitely try to come back and try some more options.“

“Finally had a chance to swing by close to opening. There were trays full of doughnuts this time. It was also surprisingly lively with locals despite the early hour, so I can see why the doughnuts sell out. There were some cutely decorated special doughnuts for Easter, but I stuck to my mission of trying the famous, classic honey dip doughnut. The price ($2.25) was the same as that of the marble cruller that I got last time even though there is less doughnut, so I wish it were cheaper for the size. However, it was airy/fluffy and soft with a delicious glaze. The only thing I did not like was that I could slightly taste old oil with some bites. I think I prefer the slight crunchiness of the marble cruller last time more, but maybe the crunchiness is only unique to cake doughnuts.“

“So back in December 2023, I stopped a couple of weeks ago for a treat. From their rotating menu, I bought two donuts, a coffee glazed oreo which was very good and a more traditional Boston cream. I had the glazed oreo with coffee at work that day, I did not try their coffee yet...it was good, a little messy to eat but very nice coffee/choc. combo flavor. Saved the Boston cream for home/next day and I felt the texture/dough was a little heavy but the cream and the chocolate were nice. They are expensive, about $4 a donut, but the shop is bright and cheerful and the two staffers were friendly when I asked if they were playing the sound track to Pitch Perfect/film & they were -- it was just a fun, positive way to start out the day.“

“I stopped by the gas station with my husband to buy a bottle of water and we saw a cafe inside selling Latin food, so we decided to have a little snack there. We were skeptical because of the location but we were surprised the food was delicious! We ordered a horchata(drink), an empanada and a pork pupusa. My husband really liked the empanada and I liked the pupusa but we both agreed that the horchata was too good. The prices are great, the store in general is clean and they are friendly. They also sell tacos, burritos, and shakes. I highly recommend this place.“

“Usually when you only have one person closing it all goes to heck that one person gets fed up at their job they hate what they do and they're just miserable but I went to this location today after getting gas and I spoke to a wonderful girl named Taylor Kelly and wow she was smiling she was bubbly we were cracking jokes there was a large family with a very large order in front of me she got them out quickly and efficiently still had a smile on her face helped me and then told me to have a wonderful day after what an excellent employee that you have really really I hope you take a lesson from what customers are saying and hold on to her she is awesome“

“If there were such a thing as a doughnut monster, I'd be him. I love sweetbreads. So this place caught my eye. I'm usually piqued by fruit type pastries. However, the hired help suggested the Boston Creme Bismarck. With deep chocolate icing and homemade raise dough, the treat was satiating and tasty to beat the band. Usually the custard fillsof these are synthetical smooth. But I noticed a more natural taste and texture. At $5.00 a pop, I'm not gone get calorically greedy.“

“This dunks is always hustling and bustling esp in the the morning. It's location is pretty much a hole in the the wall but it does have a walk-by take out window during the nicer weather. The staff here are very attentive and focused. Hard working esp. the woman with the blonde braids wish I knew her name to recommend and compliment her work performance she is amazing at how she handles her team of crew around here and the customers. She deserves to be manager if she isn't already!“

“Only two people working early this morning. I totally understand being short staffed, I do. But, after waiting almost 20 minutes for my on the go order, I at least expected the iced turtle latte to be made right. I was now running late for work, driving a school van, so I couldn't wait around to ask for a new one. Especially with the place being filled with people. I did try it and I couldn't believe how bad it tasted. It was like milk and coffee grounds. After my route was done I went back. I still had the drink with me. “I visit this location at least 10 times a week. Typically ill place a mobile order and walk in the store. My orders are ready in 3 minutes on average. Not once have they messed up my order. The staff are friendly and hard workers. I rarely leave reviews, but these guys totally deserve it. Thanks dunkies!!!“

“I love this HD!! The women at the window are so sweet, don't ask which one, so far all of them are wonderful. There is one that reminds me of the woman that was at the DD on Belmont, she always asked if you wanted anything else, and would say like a muffin or donut, and you would get it cause she was adorable. “every time I go to a dunkin donuts no matter which one I go to it's always the same deal...they never make the sandwiches right. the croissants always fall apart in your hand, most times the bacon is either way over cooked or extremely under cooked. So I completely stopped doing business with them I now go out of my way to find a small shop that makes breakfast sandwiches. I am tired of spending money on food that I ultimately end up throwing away because I don't have time in the morning to go back to dunkins to return the garbage they sold me. “Although Dunkin' Donuts is now a national chain, its roots are decidedly in New England. Specifically Massachusetts. The first DD is still open and is very close to where I now live.There is a newer DD on the scene in Hingham which seems to be doing a brisk business especially given how close it is to the Hingham Ferry Terminal as well as the condos and apartments that have grown like mushrooms in that neighborhood.While I very rarely buy coffee to go but when I do buy a cup I prefer Dunkin' Donuts to Starbucks any day of the week.I was in this newest franchise recently to pick up some gift certificates for some friends who are die-hard DD fans.This place was clean and orderly and although I could be incorrect it seems to be run by a family. I was greeted by a friendly man (the owner?) who helped me with buying the 3 gift cards. I also bought one jelly doughnut (my preferred spelling of this word) to share with my husband who was waiting in the car.The doughnut was clearly quite fresh and was really delicious. My friends appreciated the gift cards. DD has the usual array of coffees, teas, doughnuts and other not particularly healthy food options but as a treat, they can't be beat. i wish this location well although I am sometimes dismayed at the sheer proliferation of these chains at the expense of local one-of-a-kind coffee shops. But people want what they want I guess.“

“The Braintree Dunks is a good one. They are friendly and it has a big dinning area with tables and one table has a plug very convienent. They close early at 7 pm but for where its located and what they serve thats a fair time. Overall very good rating.“

“OneZo is probably my favorite bubble tea spot out of the options in Quincy. My favorite is the brown sugar bubble latte, but I recommend lowering the sugar level because it is too sweet otherwise (but sweet boba that can be adjusted is better than tasteless). I like the roasted aftertaste of the tea. Prices are comparable to other places.The mochi donuts are also pretty good but pricey. I like the ube mochi donut the most, but I'm a sucker for ube in general, so I am biased.The inside has a few tables. It usually isn't too crowded when I go. There is also an app where you can collect rewards.“

“Very disappointed, I order a large hot matcha latte, and the lady replies that she will put ice cubes in my warm drink, I don't know why. I got a cold matcha latte as I asked for it hot. The price is not what was quoted instead of paying $4.29 the drink was $4.79. It's wrong to not display the real prices of your drinks on the board. When I said they were a problem of price they told me it's normal we increased them... not fair“

“I will say for this location they are fast. Line was really long but we got in and out in no time. I got a vanilla latte I don't know what was off about it but something was different I also got the everything minis and they were yummy.“
