I was going to order the huevos rancheros but our server, Connor, checked with the kitchen and they could not guarantee that the corn tortillas were gluten free. I am very grateful to our server that he took the time to make sure I would not be exposed to gluten. I ordered the eggs in purgatory instead and it was delicious. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito and said it was great. Thank you to Connor for taking good care of me. Going out to eat with celiac disease can be anxiety inducing and Connor should be commended for his care.“
