“We stopped in on a Sunday at about 4:00pm because we had heard this was "jam" day. As I understand it, there are two alternating bands that let musicians/singers sign in and then perform in turn on their own instruments(except the drums for obvious reasons). I thought the band was good in all of its incarnations. There is a definite music theme throughout the décor. From the mural of rockers which covers an entire wall to the Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin base drums and the guitar shaped neon. If you wanted to watch the band and could not get a seat in the front room, there were a couple of cctv's showing the performers in the back and bar area. There is a full bar of about 20 seats with a decent selection of draft beer. When we were there the place was packed and the two bartenders were doing a good job of keeping up with the demand. There were about ten tables and no waitresses. You can order at the bar but I believe a sign is needed to direct one to the appropriate place to order. Food is available. “Be careful of the margaritas—they are large and potent. Also tasty as they use real lime. One night there was a mariachi band. Really talented singer. Food is either good or very good depending on what you order. Many Latinx people eat here or work here. A good sign.“
“We were at Halligans for a farewell party for a company employee who was retiring after 20-30 years with their company.... the atmosphere was very comfortable, the party room size totally fit the retirement event perfectly.... there were 20+ there for the Retirement party.....The Barkeep was incredible in keeping things rolling....and the Kitchen Crew put together a most wonderful and tasteful spread of dining choices!!! .....and while this was my 1st experience there... “One of the coolest places to hear great live music outside with some of the nicest Americans you will ever find around. Oh, and the brisket and roasted pig is top notch deliciousness. The bartenders are always making great drinks and do it with a smile and personality. This place is a rarity in any state, but definitely a one-of-a-kind place in the Taunton area. A must see!!!“

We also got a surf and turf special, and lamb chops. My steak was cooked perfectly. The homemade desserts are so good. We will definitely be back soon.“

“Great food, great menu in general...all the service was professional, responsive but discreet. I like the restaurant's sparkling appearance - but it was cold in the restaurant, so while my food came out steaming hot, it cooled quickly. Our server was very responsive, and it was slightly less cool but I still needed my scarf on. I'd like to have lingered (it was my birthday) but we didn't stay for dessert.“

“My husband and I ate here today and enjoyed our experience. We tried the cheese pizza, the beef and lamb Gyro and butternut squash salad. “A friend and I went there tonight. We both got the all you can eat. We ate more than we should have but that's what all you can eat is all about, trying to get your moneys worth. We got that and some. Everything we had was incredible. Our server Izzy was fantastic, he added a great part to our experience. They have great food and a great staff. I highly recommend them.“
“I'll just say at the outset that I had preconceived ideas about this place when my SIL suggested that we all meet up here for lunch. Friends of ours were always reporting that they were at this boozer called Jimmy's getting clobbered. I expected a louch, dark boozy pub and found a bright lively restaurant with terrific food! Huge portions of delicious food for short money? I'm there! I had some of the onion rings which were delicious, and shrimp scampi over rice pilaf rather than linguine. It was excellent! I could not eat it all and still make the drive back to Cape Cod comfortably. My SIL's fish and chips plate was huge and she reported that it was delicious. My BIL had an enormous burger with sweet potato fries. Next time when I'm looking for Fish & Chips in the area, I'll know where to go!“

They were not open despite being within the hours of the hours listed on Yelp. The website is also suspended so I am guessing the place is out of business. That's too bad. “We had a great meal last night! Service and food were excellent. We had NE calamari and a soft pretzel for apps. Both were tasty and generous. Prime rib specials were cooked to perfection. The chicken special and short rib dinner were both yummy with creamy mashed potatoes and fresh veggies cooked just right. Drinks were super as well. Added bonus of live music. All around wonderful experience!“
“Nothing bad, nothing great, just average good. A chain so you know what you are getting into. We get takeout from there often. Most of the time online but occasionally we just stop in. I have to suffer and have a beer at the bar while waiting.Left overs are big part. For the 2 of us we get 2 meals and some light lunches out of an order.“

“i've been to a lot of places that have burgers, but the burgers here are some of the best you'll ever have. When I usually go here I get two appetizers, we tried the cornbread and the tenders they were excellent the burgers you get here are smash burgers cook to perfection, and the service is really fast, make sure you go early because It can get busy“
