“We just moved to the West Tatnuck area of Worcester and wanted to order from a local pizza place- so happy that we chose here! My husband got A tuna sandwich and I got a chicken Caesar wrap. They allowed a substitution of crispy chicken and my gosh it was incredible. The sandwich was huge and was enough for me to have the next day as well. Very pleased with the quality of the ingredients too. We will absolutely order from here again!“

“The food at Fatima's is absolutely delicious and very fresh. The owner is an amazing human being who is incredibly kind. My daughter loves a cake she makes, and Fatima was out of it on the day we were visiting the restaurant. I told the owner we would be back for cake on our next visit, when my daughter was home from college. The owner told me that there was no way my daughter was headed back to school without having her favorite cake. She made a special batch that morning, when she was not even open, in order for my daughter to enjoy it before she left. Both my daughter and I were in tears, we could not believe her incredible kindness. I hope this place succeeds greatly and is around for years to come! Fantastic service, incredible food, and kindness are a winning combination!“

“The chorizo salmon is the standout dish of the restaurant. It is a wonderful feeling when you order a dish and the waiter replies, “great choice” and you can tell they genuinely mean it. I have never had salmon cooked to such a perfect temperature upon request. They got it spot-on at the first try, indicating that when they cook seafood, they do so in a deliberate and expert manner.“

“What a steak house this place has the meats and prepares them to perfection. Every bit of everything we ordered from appetizers to filet was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The prices are more than reasonable given the quality of product especially compared to some of their chain Boston high end counter parts. I highly recommend this place for a day night or any occasion really.“

“So many delicious sounding choices on the menu that were all vegan it was almost overwhelming! The Go Green fried rice was delicious. Good flavor, light/non-greasy. Good quantity and variety of veggies. The carrot cake was pretty good. But what really impressed us was the mozzarella sticks! They were so delicious with great texture and batter. They were honestly better than any "real" (dairy based) mozzarella sticks I ever had prior to being vegan. The restaurant was quiet on a Tuesday night and very pleasant. Even the standards like the seaweed salad and pickled ginger and noticably higher quality than usual. The atmosphere depends on the seating, though the restaurant is a bit cramped. “My first time at Via's recently and I am impressed! Although pricey, which is to br expected, the food all had amazing flavor profiles. I absolutely loved the ricotta ball with crustinis, the blend of cheese with the honey topping was the perfect bite. The chicken orzo soup was quite possibly the best soup I have ever had in my life! So flavorful and rich! And the drinks were perfection. To top the night, we had the Gelato cones, and the Gelato it's self tasted like it was straight from Italy. Creamy, but light, indulgent and flavorful! I can't wait to come back!!“

Food are awesome as always, and my friends in Kai made my day even more special with many surprises. “We had a fantastic order of take out for 6 tonight from Thai Time. Everything was fantastic, and they handled minor variations (sprouts on the side, no onions in one dish) perfectly. I will DEFINITELY be back, especially since it is an easy stop on the way home from work. Also, they took pandemic precautions seriously, with masks all around and plenty of social distance at all times. Great meal!“

“The ambience is excellent for a large group or an intimate dinner experience. Spacious, comfortable seating. The dining room staff was excellent. Being Lebanese my standards are high when it comes to Middle Eastern food. The hummus was excellent! The baba ghanoush was good but I'm not certain if they use jarred grilled eggplant or fresh, personally I thought it may have been jarred. I ordered the chicken Shawarma salad. I was a little disappointed when I received it as it was not chicken Shawarma. Even people who aren't Lebanese know what Shawarma is, especially in Worcester, the competition is high! This was chicken kebab on salad. (I wish I read the reviews before ordering as someone else stated the same). I reminded myself that if Shawarma wasn't on the menu I would've ordered the chicken kebab anyways and looked past it, however if that was the only thing I had ordered I would've been highly disappointed. The excellent dining service made up for the rude bar staff and unfortunately I feel it needs to be mentioned. I approached the bar and was asking who I was with if they wanted a drink. The bartender (blonde older woman with glasses) said she was busy, and I could completely understand just wanted to make sure she came back to me - but then she told me I could wait until I was seated at my table and order with my waitress. We sat in the bar for another 15 minutes, and even after she wasn't busy she didn't offer to serve me a drink. She served other people drinks right next to me who were with us but she clearly couldn't swallow her pride and ask if I would like a drink. I was in the restaurant for 30 minutes before I finally got a drink as I followed the instructions and waited to be seated and ordered through the waitress. I'm not the type to speak up and make a scene, but the bartender clearly needs customer service training. I didn't let any of the negative things ruin my evening. Everyone loved their dinner, also pictured is the lamb chops and Shrimp. I wish them much success as their business grows, and hope that my feedback can be useful.“
