Dunkin' Donuts in Quincy

“I been watching to make a visit to this location for many years because it's the very first location that started Dunkin donuts
So I finally made a visit
It was a very busy place
I'm glad I made this visit here after all these years wanting to do
I would come back again

The only thing I can say is the type area is more for short people because if someone was sitting next to me my legs would be touching the person next to me legs because it's too close to the counter

Other than that it was a great place“

“I mostly use the drive-thru and order ahead online. Its usually hit or miss; most of the time its a miss. It feels like everytime I give a cash tip, something always happens where I regret tipping; a sandwich is forgotten or a drink wasn't made. The brightside of ordering online is that if something was forgotten and the realization doesn't hit until later on, I can always get my money back for the missing items.“

“Staff is really great! Highly recommend. However, some repeat customers seem to make sitting inside a challenge as they'll take up multiple seats/tables, or can be loud and disruptive at time. Staff handles these interactions well and are always professional.“

“I love going to their dunkin' donuts they served very well the customer is they are very helpful when I came in the door very nice people I go there all the time and I like going there I would recommend that store that I went to cuz it was very nice and they're very helpful and the place was very clean I see the people there cleaning all the time I've seen them clean the bathrooms everything it was very nice and clean“

“Firstly, my donut was so fresh and good it made me ascend. The workers were charming and friendly. Lastly, the decor made me happy because it was dunkin’s current modern aesthetic but still keeping with the og 2000s dunkin vibes. amazing all around“

“Friendly staff, the shop is kept clean. They get pretty busy for a small location wish they was a bigger spot. If there is ever an issue with an order they have no issue fixing it! They are so nice here. Love coming here in the morning to get my breakfast!“

“I have fantastic customer service experience today at 1pm through the drive through. I was deciding on which refresher to choose from. The gentlemen with glasses helped. He also informed me if i didnt enjoy the beverage, he can remake a different beverage. I will order form this location even though there are so many dunkins within the 3-5 mile radius. Customer experience matters the most and this location provided the service!“

“I've been here several times during my commute and it's always been lightening fast, accurate, and staff have been friendly. They work incredibly hard! If they are ever slow it's because it's a very high traffic area during rush hour.“

“Got much better recently. I got a nice streak of correctly filled orders A lot of people have worked here for a long time, so it is nice to see familiar faces. 4 stars because decaf coffee in the afternoon almost always gross. So i just dont do it. But mornings are great.“

“I was compelled to write a review simply because of Nick's incredible service. When I was buying Dunkin' Munchkins for a school fundraiser, he told me I could get double the amount of munchkin's for a lesser price by buying 100. So instead of paying $23 for 4 individual boxes of 25 munchkins, it came out to less than $15 for 100 munchkins. More munchkins meant more money for the team! Thank you, Nick!“
