Panera Bread Reviews
I do not recommend going to this Panera whatsoever. The food was made inappropriately without the proper sanitary conditions, and the place is infested with insects and roaches. I'm addition, while I was working there a week ago, the manager Stephanie was not being very nice to some of the customers. She made a sandwich incorrectly for this customer who was allergic to certain items that she put on it. Staff was rude when they made a mistake. I work in a school and we ordered lunch. My lunch didn’t come. When we called they said we couldn’t have it delivered but we could pick it up. Since I have class to teach that isn’t an option. We asked for the refund but then got hung up on.

Panera Bread offers a welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service. The staff, including the store manager, is professional, polite, and helpful. This restaurant is a great spot for students to study and enjoy a meal. The food is flavorful and delicious, featuring options like the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich, which some prefer without the red pepper for a milder taste, and the popular chipotle chicken and egg on ciabatta. Desserts like the chocolate chip cookie are also available and are often warm, tasting fresh out of the oven. The charged lemonade remains a popular choice, but customers should note its high caffeine and sugar content. While the dine-in experience may have some issues, such as cleanliness, the quality of the food continues to impress. Overall, Panera Bread is a great choice for a meal, and customers might consider getting food to go to avoid any dine-in concerns.
