“Amazing atmosphere and ambiance. I went in with my husband on a winter night and the staff was super nice and the food was great. Highly recommend the gambas, the Red duck Curry and the blackened salmon. The drinks were unbelievable, the bar staff was amazing. We met a young man who worked the bar named Henry, amazing!!“

“The Emerson Inn is a quaint hotel with the most kind of people working there. From the moment you walk through the doors you feel the immediate welcome and are instantly at peace. The Parlor Bar is a wonderful treat with delicious drinks and food. With all that being said, I feel that what makes the Emeson such an amazing place is everyone that works there. They make you feel at home, they are kind and accommodating!“

“The best lobster shack on the north shore. Owner, Kenny Porter is personable, knowledgeable, and all around great guy. Lobsters are fresh, reasonably priced, and delicious. Only drawback is Kenny is an avid C's fan but I can overlook that because his lobsters make up for that. Jim from California“

“Best coffee in Rockport along with excellent selection of donuts and pastries. We had the breakfast sandwiches which were great and inexpensive. Ordering from the bar is fun and straightforward and the staff are lovely. Planning to try to skillets and other fare to see how that is later in our stay.“

“We love the location. We frequently visit front beach on our beach days and there are no food establishments nearby. The closest option would be downtown which would require us packing up and walking quite a distance since parking is scarce there. It was a relief to walk only a couple steps for a quick bite, especially on a hot day. More time to enjoy the sun and water!“
